**What do you like best about guidde?**

This is the fastest return on investment I've experienced with any software platform. With Guidde, I simply open the app, start recording, and instantly have a video tutorial available in more than 40 languages. I was genuinely amazed by how easy it was.

The support and customer success teams are the most professional I've encountered. Our onboarding process was both smooth and efficient.

When it comes to integration, they provide everything necessary to embed your video tutorials anywhere in just seconds.

Guidde has had a tremendous impact on our business. It has allowed us to significantly reduce onboarding time and cut our support queries by 80%.

**What do you dislike about guidde?**

There's nothing to dislike, really! I wish I had found this platform earlier.

With this platform, we can quickly create scalable content that allows us to onboard hundreds of users to our platform simultaneously. **What do you like best about guidde?**

The best part of Guidde is that you don’t have to write a script, record a video, edit or manipulate it, and then have other teams translate it. This platform has saved our company many weeks and even months of editing and transcribing. Once you start using Guidde, you immediately see how easy it is to create meaningful, engaging documentation for the intended audience. Another big plus is that the people viewing your Guiddes don’t need to install any extensions or third-party apps. When you share the Guidde URL, they can open it and watch right away.

I have yet to find anything within Guidde that i dislike.

What I appreciate most about Guidde is its intuitive interface and how easy it is to create step-by-step video guides. It has significantly streamlined the way we share knowledge internally, making complex processes more accessible and engaging for our team. The platform is developing quickly, with frequent releases of new features. Many of the improvements we originally wished for are already being implemented. Although some AI voiceovers still sound somewhat robotic at times, and a few customization or editing options seem limited when it comes to fine-tuning content, Guidde is making continuous progress and is responsive to user feedback.

Guidde is helping us solve the challenge of knowledge transfer across teams. It has improved onboarding, reduced repetitive questions, and empowered team members to learn autonomously. The operation is simple and intuitive. I find the multilingualism and AI-supported translations particularly practical. The multilingual subtitles are also very helpful and complete the overall package. Customer support is great. Create trainings that are easy to integrate into the workday.

Guidde cannot currently translate spoken text without key notes. However, work is being done on this.

Due to a Siemens Energy policy, training must be provided in German as well as English in the future. With the easy-to-use tool and the existing multilingual capabilities, this requirement can be implemented very well.

I love how Guidde is well integrated in the browser, making it an excellent tool for seamless operation within my existing digital environment. Its fast performance is commendable, as it helps me work more efficiently and saves me time. The software leaves a positive first impression with its appealing look and feel. Additionally, I really appreciate how serious they are about customer service, as it reassures me that I can rely on their support when needed. The interface enables me to create professional-quality support videos easily and quickly.

At the moment, the integration of Dutch is not really great in Guidde. It takes too much time to make content more personal for the client and presentable, which is a bit time-consuming. Additionally, the AI component of Guidde is sometimes not smart enough, which affects efficiency. Furthermore, while the initial setup by adding a browser extension and getting an account is easy, the setup process lacks clarity, especially regarding account levels when not being an administrator. This lack of clear instructions added some confusion for me initially.

Guidde is a great tool for creating clear, professional video guides quickly and effortlessly. Guidde is very refreshing in how easy it is to use. A lot of the options are intuitive and in my experience you can already quickly pick it up and start creating. 
I also appreciate the fact that it's constantly adding new features to be used in the creation of videos. I also really notice that they listen to our feedback and take it seriously. Our contact person at Guidde is very professional and easy to collaborate with.

For me the downside is that it's still an extra tool to use. Since we use a different tool for our LMS and for the creation of our e-learnings. It might be unrealistic but to only use one tool for everything would be the dream.

Users that watch the end result of the videos that are created feel at home becuase the video is presented in a way that they are familiar with.

**What do you dislike about guidde?**

While it is possible to create high quality videos, the nature of automatic translations leads to many people accepting the automatically translated versions of the video as "good enough" leading to translation slop and bad quality.
Again, this is not Guidde's fault, just where you lie your own quality threshold.

We used to make these long Webinars where we had to compress a lot of information into one video because we could not spare the resources to translate more videos.
By easily being able to translate videos to many languages we have drastically increased the pace at which we can produce content.

**What do you like best about guidde?**

I need to create videos for training content. Thanks to Guidde, I no longer have to spend hours editing in a video editor—the AI takes care of everything. I don't even have to use my own voice in the video, as the tool offers a variety of voices with different accents. I just input what I need from the video, and Guidde takes care of the rest. I only need to check the final product and make amends if necessary.

I have used it only a couple of times, as this tool is fairly new to me, and I am sure there are things to improve. However, I appreciate the support you provide. In my case, I was struggling with my first video because I was missing some steps, but I was able to organize a call with Hanna, who was super helpful!

I no longer need to spend many hours on video creation. Guidde helps me by handling the tasks of creating videos, editing, adding voiceovers, uploading screenshots, allowing me to use this time for other urgent tasks.

I used Guidde to create product walkthrough videos for both end users at Go Live and for users involved in UAT, helping the business understand how to properly test the solution. The platform was incredibly intuitive—quick to learn and easy to use for producing clear, effective videos.

One of my favorite features is the AI voiceover, which allows you to add pauses and fine-tune pronunciation for a more natural, polished narration. I also really appreciate the ability to insert your own videos and images during editing, building on the base that Guidde provides.

A standout time-saver for me is the export functionality—you can easily convert your videos into Word documents and several other formats. This feature alone has saved me hours of manual work. Highly recommended for anyone creating user training or testing support content!

I disliked that sometimes while editing the video, the voiceover text would disappear.

What I like best about Guidde is how easy it makes creating step-by-step video guides. I click through a flow, and it automatically captures everything — no editing headaches, no starting from scratch. Once the video is ready, just make a few adjustments, and you're good to go to share it.

The only thing I’d like to see improved is the audio customization. While the AI voiceovers are impressive, they can sometimes sound a bit too robotic or fast-paced for certain audiences.

Guidde has solved a biggest problem for us, documenting and explaining processes without spending hours recording, editing, or writing manuals. We use Guidde to create internal support material and to complement learning activities for our store employees across Europe and our service office. For example, we make short explainer videos on how to use (new) systems.

What stands out most is the ease of use. You can quickly create, edit, and share content. Thanks to the AI voice-over, our videos are much more future-proof.

With the help of Hannah, we’re getting more and more out of the tool. She’s incredibly helpful, quick to respond, thinks along with us, and is always enthusiastic. A real pleasure to work with.

I’d definitely recommend Guidde to anyone looking to use video as part of support or learning, without the complexity.

One small area for improvement would be the ability to create and save custom video formats or templates that can be reused for every new video. Since we make videos in multiple languages and different versions, having this feature would help ensure greater consistency across all content.

It is so easy to use - if you can use Powerpoint, you can use Guidde! Simply switch it on, do what you want to do, click done, and presto, you have a real re-usable asset that can be shared internally or externally with customers.

 It took minutes to implement and get started, and we saw the benefits immediately.

Guidde has transformed our content production process and allowed us to scale up our output for new product launches and internal rollouts. Our content is very easily added to Zendesk articles and published to our customers.

It's a very small learning curve to use this software and it saves sooooo much time! Lots of exporting options and  I also love the way it creates written insructions.
From the small showcases I have done for a few people in my organisation, the general feedback is "wow!". As someone who has previously spent hours making instruction videos on Camtasia, Guidde is real game changer that people can easily get excited about!

The AI voices can still sound a little robotic, though admittedly we do not use the HQ ones. However, it will only be a matter of time until this issue disappears as technology advances. It is also worth pointing out that the AI voice-overs are so much easier to edit than recording one's own voice, which greatly outweighs any issues one might have with the sound of the AI voices.

The result is greatly effective for its use case and I believe guidde is quite ahead than its competitors in terms of addressing their use case.

There have been some minor quirks which, if ironed out will make the user experience less exhausting. I love that it is broken out by screenshots so I can re-record over segments easily without having to re-record the entire video. My favorite feature is being able to copy out the article with screengrabs into markdown, saving me 30+ minutes every time. I have used Guidde for every new feature and report release we've had since discovering it. The couple of times I've needed customer support, the team has been quick to respond. 

I've tried other softwares and this one by far checks more of the boxes of features I and my team now - and has features we never realized we need!

There is a slight lag in the beginning of recordings, so it doesn't sound as seamless as it could going from screenshot to screenshot.
