What do you like best?
I find the process of capturing, converting, and editing a tutorial very simple. I also deeply appreciate that it is free from the start (as long as your tutorials are public). We've heard positive feedback from some users about the interactivity of the tutorial, allowing them to type, click, etc.
What do you dislike?
There are some actions that the software has some trouble picking up, like scrolling. Sometimes, too, the static image iorad picks up shows a button mid-way through it's hover state instead of at it's final one. These are both minor things that can easily be worked around.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As a software company, we're using iorad to provide interactive tutorials for accomplishing particular actions in our platform. It's much faster to make an iorad tutorial than a video or series of screenshots with accompanying text. Since we have frequent product updates, this is key.
