What do you like best about Trainual?

The training videos are amazing and show by example what you should be doing with your own training and documentation to encourage widespread adoption. They show you how to chunk out material, add memes and images for humor and clarification, and they build quizzes for you. We had a hodge-podge of documentation scattered across Google and Microsoft documents, in various drives, or just living on people's computers. Trainual helped us bring them all together and makes it easy to view completion rates for team members training on the documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Trainual?

There really are very few downsides. Even moving existing materials into Trainual is easy and doesn't require much reformatting. To make documents truly engaging with images, graphics, call outs, etc does take time, but much of that is optional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Trainual?

I love the ability to create tests and use AI to generate the questions. I've been using Trainual for over 5 years and use it to store all our training documentation. I like the ability to create "groups" to lump several different topics together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it feels like data is buried within subject > topic > steps and it's hard to remember where to find things. We have a TON of data stored in trainual so it feels like "where did I put that?" We utilize the search bar for key words a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some navigation is a little clunky, would be nice if there were menus to access other pages more easily. Formatting tools are sometimes glitchy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?

We still roll out most new initiatives and training in person, but having Trainual for those topics at the time of roll out helps act as a backstop for people who need repeated information or need a refresher down the road.

What do you like best about Trainual?

I love the AI feature that when you ask a question it pulls any information you have in trainual. I love how I can link specific content to the tools and software we use. I think the design of Trainual makes it incredibly user friendly at all levels. I also appreciate the integrations with Loom for video recording, as well as the easy ability to link other content. "Amazing cheatsheet for processes!"

What do you like best about Trainual?

The ease with which you can search for the processes and also edit them on the go. I can include videos and pictures and make everything super digestible for those who are reading the instructions I am giving.

Also, once everyone got the gist of how it worked it was easy to implement it in our daily tasks as for some processes we need to consult the information we stored on a daily making it one of the most frequently used tools we have at our disposal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
