They still look like the old platform UI. **What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?** Trainual provides a well thought out structure for documenting company procedures (SOPs), policies and team member information such as org chart and team directory. We previously used tried to use tools such as Microsoft Loop but because these tools are just a "blank page" and don't provide an inherent structure, our internal documentation got messy and inconsistent. New team members are blown away with how well organised and clear our onboarding processes are since we implemented Trainual. I love that I can update subjects and push those out to whoever needs to know. Version history allows us to not have to keep up with multiple copies in multiple systems! The navigation is a little clunky but you get used to it after a while. It takes a lime to download them and when it's finally ready, half the time, the PDF doesn't come out correctly. Once you figure out the format it's incredibly easy to start documenting processes. The template library is robust and helps to build out the basics when you just start. It is also incredibly easy for a non-tech saavy team to use right off the bat without any additional training, and our team adopted it very quickly. **What do you dislike about Trainual?** It took a while for certain features to be implimented and a few key features are still missing, but I hope to see them in future updates. **What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?** We didn't have an LMS at all before finding Trainual so all of our training was done manually by managers and nothing was documented. Their support articles are very helpful, and if those aren't enough then their support team is very helpful & quick to respond. They even have their own 'Trainual University' for Admins to learn the software at their own speed. I completed the full courseload and it really helped me with implementation. And you have a fantastic amount of control over who sees what, who can edit what, and how things are assigned. I love the auto-assign features, it makes granting access so easy. They also have new video-specific content creation & public share features, which have made content even easier to share & easier for the user to comprehend. For the end-users, it's even easier. So far all I've gotten is great feedback about how easy it is for them to use and how helpful all the content is. **What do you dislike about Trainual?** There's really not much to dislike. The only downside, which is minor at most, is I wish that the end-users had a better way to find and organize their content the way they want. There are ways to do it, they do have features like favoriting and specific 'view by...' ways to see content. But I have gotten feedback from just a couple people that they wish they could just like click on a group of content and only see content in that group, or organize the content on their end to make things easier to find. Outside of that minor issue, absolutely no complaints and love the software on both ends, admin & end-user. **What problems is Trainual solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's making it much easier for use to store & share content. We have more control over who can access what. We no longer have to worry about storing things in different Sharepoint sites & having multiple versions of the same process uploaded, and wonder if everyone is using the most up-to-date document. We've also been using it to upload video content for review. For example we do client Seminars regularly. So uploading those videos into Trainual for internal review & problem solving. While that's not necessarily at the core of what Trainual is intended to be, we have found it extremely useful for that. In short, the platform is great, and they make you feel like you're part of the team. **What do you dislike about Trainual?** There have been times when it takes a while to load, or I get an error andd have to refresh, but the disruption has been very minimal and honestly I'm not sure how much of that is just on my end anyway. The Loom integration was a bit disappointing for us but it's been easy to embed our own videos instead. It had been a nightmare trying to organize resources through Google Drive, lots of emails with links and attachements, and Google Classroom for asynchronous training was also very inefficient and honestly very dull. So, Trainual has been such a game changer for us in elevating our partners' experience.
