# Why am I not getting the w=2's

Hi John, Morico offered great advice. Your employer is required to provide you with a Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement. If your employer does not provide online access to your W-2, they must mail or hand-deliver your documents to you no later than Jan. 31. If you are not sure if you have online access, please check with your company’s HR or payroll department. Only your employer can give you online access.

W'2s can be printed out once you are allowed access to the site as a user by your company. If you are the one running payroll then you can click on an employee profile and get it from there. If you are running direct deposit then you will have to get it in this manner and distribute it accordingly. If you are getting your pay mailed to you then it should be attached to the check.
