I started with Wisely/ADP in 2019, and had no problems until summer 2023 and between June until September, I had four instances of fraud. It is embarassing. The first time (over $200) I was able to get my money back, but I have been waiting on two seperate fraud concerns from early August, both of which they dismissed and told me to mail my concerns to their San Dimas office. I have not heard anything back. They always say they operate on a 90 day time frame, but it is over 90 days and they don't seem to care about their customers. I love the fact that I can save the money and not have to think about it, but it still ensures the funds are readily available for transfer and or otherwise access as needed. Initially, it was a bit of a challenge to set up the account because there was a delay in obtaining the card on my first request, and it took a minute for Wisely to allow me the opportunity to reset and reapply for the card. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers numerous options within the product and becomes a common platform for what you want to achieve and see together. I have used it in two different geographic regions, and highly satisfied with its payroll integration/view that calculates tax, resourcing attendance, availing PTO and viewing org benefits. ADP workforce gives a competitive advantage through employee Leave and Attendance Management Features, HR services (talent management and LMS), and org administration. What I like the best is that it is easy to use and set up and the card comes fairly quickly to an employee's home address, and they have a way to use a debit card just like everyone else, and can access their money immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The least helpful portion would be that the employer does not have a tracking number of when that wisely card will arrive to an employees home address and also the fact that the employee must activate the card in order for them to receive a direct deposit from payroll and sometimes employees forget to do that. My Wisley ADP debit card was hacked right before Christmas and luckily for 2 transactions totaling $70. I was hacked by a door dash account in California I live in TN. They have still not helped me get my money back and want more proof. What more proof do you need? No one door dashes from California to Tennessee in a matter of 1 hour.. duhh....i have had this card for 5 years with direct deposit. It takes a long time to receive a replacement card in the mail when it gets lost. You cannot access the money any other way without the card. Also, the payroll manager has to input all of the information in the system which can be a lot of work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
