It was easy to sign up. I get my direct deposit from work two days before it is due. I can get money back from stores that I shop at. I had even recommended people to use it and now I feel bad for doing that. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** I started with Wisely/ADP in 2019, and had no problems until summer 2023 and between June until September, I had four instances of fraud. It is embarassing. The first time (over $200) I was able to get my money back, but I have been waiting on two seperate fraud concerns from early August, both of which they dismissed and told me to mail my concerns to their San Dimas office. I have not heard anything back. They always say they operate on a 90 day time frame, but it is over 90 days and they don't seem to care about their customers. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It isn't benefitting me at all ### 5. ADP workforce gives a competitive advantage through employee Leave and Attendance Management Features, HR services (talent management and LMS), and org administration. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** However, there are hardly any items I dislike about the product, but I would appreciate it if it would integrate with more 3rd party software programs to see it evolving. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me review company policy documentation, company news and information, payroll and tax information, manage my leave and leave balance, and benefits information. ### 8. I was hacked by a door dash account in California I live in TN. They have still not helped me get my money back and want more proof. What more proof do you need? No one door dashes from California to Tennessee in a matter of 1 hour.. duhh....i have had this card for 5 years with direct deposit. Also, this card can help employees save the money they earn. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** It takes a long time to receive a replacement card in the mail when it gets lost. You cannot access the money any other way without the card. Also, the payroll manager has to input all of the information in the system which can be a lot of work. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wisely adds another payroll option for employees and can serve as a savings account for other payment options. One benefit is it takes the stress off an employee who doesn't know how to cash a check. It's also great because it is a reloadable card with a mobile app. ### 12. It's a good concept and easy for them to use to get quicker access to their money. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** The customer service team is extremely lacking. I'm constantly being put on hold over hours & hours and nobody ever responds. Constantly transferred to different departments and nobody has the answers. If you lose your card, it could take up to 15 days until you receive a new one. Offering Wisely in addition to standard direct deposit options has been a helpful tool for our team members who want to use it as a savings plan (Christmas, Vacation, etc). It allows our employees to think about an additional financial option to save and or start a new budgeting routine. We have also had discussions regarding using that card specifically for online purchases through UBER, DoorDash, etc as it does not give access to primary checking and savings accounts. It has been well received by our location. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** Our location does not have anything we dislike about Wisely. It was easy for team members to enroll. Wisely was quick to send follow up to the employee. It also has allowed us to engage employees with some supportive conversations related to financial stability and simple ways to save. Employees get a debit card, and their payroll pay is added automatically to the card. Very easy for them to use. Most importantly, it gives employees fast access to their money. It also provides the option of employees to get their direct deposit up to two days early. It is an easy to use program. Once it's set up, not much extra work needs to be done to it. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** I don't like Wisely because it gives more work for the payroll manager. The payroll person needs to get a card and set it up in the system. Extra steps occur when adding an account for an employee. Instead of using the customer service line, employees will reach out the payroll manager with questions and concerns. An employee shoyld really be encouraged to open a checking or savings account instead of putting all of their money onto this one card. Overall, it's one more than for the payroll manager to take care of. **Recommendations to others considering Wisely® by ADP:** Overall, Wisely is an excellent option for your employees who don't have a checking or savings account. It's straightforward to use and understand. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem you are solving with Wisely is adding another employee payroll option. Wisely is especially useful for employees who do not have a savings or checking account. One benefit is it takes the stress of an employee who doesn't know how to cash a check. It's also great because it is a reloadable card that also comes with a mobile app. It allows employees a place to desposit their money. It is self-managed by the employee. Employees are able to shop and pay bills with the card. Each emploee is able to keep the card no matter where they work or if they get terminated. Wisely has a customer service line that can be used by employees with questions or concerns. It does help employees who do not have a savings or checking account out a lot! ### 25. It is also more desireable for employees over direct deposit as well. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** If there is ever a system error or problem with the platform, and we are unable to pay employees, we have big problems and inconvenience our employees. Getting direct deposit into your Wisely account is much faster than the alternative traditional bank account. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** The Wisely support is often non-existent if you have an issue. The account is also not set up like a traditional checking account but rather a prepaid debit card. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows me to receive my pay stubs quickly after they are issued by the employer. This helps reduce the amount of time wasted by staff while enabling employees to have access to their funds faster. ### 35. Their online help can't even bring up relevant topics when you enter a question. The only way to talk to a person on the phone is to complete some type of action whether you want to or not. When finally speaking to a person, I was barely able to understand her and had to ask her to repeat herself many times. She was pleasant but unhelpful. I still don't have access to my pay. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** There have been no realized benefits for me. I find the paycard idea terrible. Cards can be issued quickly and funded within 24 hours! **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** The service team isn't aware that you can edit employee information in their system, so test things out before calling them. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the Wisely card has allowed us to eliminate manual paper checks as an off-cycle payment option which was imperative during the pandemic when everyone was 100% remote. We have minimal effort to send out a card and can get approvals, as well as funding, all online. ### 40. I get the money that I earned at least two days earlier than everybody else does. I like the fact that it is ADP-based as well. You know that they are in sync with your payroll. **What do you dislike about Wisely® by ADP?** The support from Wisely is not always the most helpful. I tried to reach out a couple of times and didn't get the quickest response. That is not a huge issue, but it is one of the only things that I can think that I dislike about the program. The other thing that I don't really like about Wisely is that it is a prepaid card rather than an actual checking account. **Recommendations to others considering Wisely® by ADP:** If you want to get your money earlier, Wisely is one of the best tools for that. **What problems is Wisely® by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the significant benefits I realized is that you can get the money you earned two days earlier than people receiving regular direct deposits.
