Within the SOCi dashboard is SOCi University. They have a plethora of knowledge-based articles and videos to guide you through all dashboard functions.

To log in to SOCi, you can navigate to our login page, app.meetsoci.com, then click the Forgot Password link. From there, follow the prompts to reset or set-up your password. 

To learn more on  using SOCi, I'd suggest you check out our on-demand resources in our Customer Success Portal (https://support.meetsoci.com/). There are videos and articles, plus you can register for a live training hosted by our Training team weekly. You will need to be logged in to SOCi or use your SOCi credentials to access the resources.
