What do you dislike about SOCi?

One aspect that I find challenging about SOCi is the editing tools. I'd like more flexibility when designing posts directly within SOCi, without having to switch to other applications. More options for photo and video layouts and the ability to resize content for different platforms within SOCi would greatly enhance my experience. As a Marketing Manager, I appreciate how efficiently and effectively it streamlines our social media and reputation management tasks across our entire portfolio. SOCI has significantly boosted our online presence and has also been essential in ensuring our on-site teams remain accountable. Its user-friendly interface and robust features have played a major role in helping us strengthen our online reputation and achieve our marketing objectives. SOCi is continually evolving, introducing new features and enhancements to their products. The addition of Genius has made a noticeable difference by reducing the workload for our teams, while still maintaining accountability for social media and reputation responsibilities. With the upcoming launch of Genius Agents, I am genuinely excited to see how these agents will take ownership of tasks and further ease the daily workload for both our teams and myself. The 'Discovery' tab in SOCI doesn't offer engaging or industry-relevant content for us, and I find the SOCiGo mobile app to be underwhelming. Despite these issues, they are relatively minor when weighed against the platform's many advantages. Personally, I prefer using the website on my mobile device rather than the app, as it feels more straightforward. The thing I love most about SOCi is the ease of use. Implementation and integration are both very simple, and the scheduling area is extremely straight-forward. I love being able to set up more than a month of content to post in advance and how much time I've saved since starting with SOCi. I use it on a daily basis, and it's made major improvements to my work flow. think the feature I've found to be the most unique and helpful is being able to see all of my tasks in one easy spot. I never have to have anxiety about missing a message, comment, or review, and it's so easy to respond to all of them in one place. Plus, all the shortcut options make responding a breeze. What do you dislike about SOCi?

The biggest downside I've experienced of using SOCi is that it prevents me from using some of Instagram's interactive, algorithm-boosting features. For example, there's no option to include a poll or a prompt in a story or post when posting with SOCi, nor is it possible to add sliders or other buttons to stories. With today's Instagram algorithm, these are pretty crucial features to be using regularly, and this means I'm still left with a lot of content to post manually. Additionally, I wish there were a way to see a grid preview. The biggest difficulty I've had with SOCi is planning my grid and keeping track of what's coming next visually. I used to spend hours a week trying to figure out social media. The timing of posting, what to post, and the frequency were all so sporadic as I'd get overwhelmed. What I really wanted to do was sell travel, get new clients, and service existing bookings. SOCi helps me do that as I don't have to worry about the Social Media presence any longer. They do it for me.

I check the calendar every 2 weeks, delete any pending posts that may not pertain to my clientele, and then forget about it. It's so easy to do, easy to implement, and saves me so much time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
