**What do you like best about SatisFacts?**

The best thing about SatisFacts is the data provided is so accuate that it helps the company to grow more and it is so easy to use and implement too.

**What do you dislike about SatisFacts?**

It can be upgraded by capturing insights on people from small regions.

**What problems is SatisFacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us alot to recognize where our customers need us to improve and what is the best thing they like about us by the surveys

**What do you like best about SatisFacts?**

Very easy to use.  Live scores to see if it goes up or down throughout the process.  You can monitor your surveys.  And you can filter out what you need in the survey.

**What do you dislike about SatisFacts?**

Some minor glitches and bugs in the app.  Sometimes data does not come in fast enough. Lot of features that i do not need but need to pay for, but this is a good thing as well.

**Recommendations to others considering SatisFacts:**

Get the software if you need it and you want to evaluate any future purchases.

**What problems is SatisFacts solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps to plan and identify issues with residents.  used the data to find out what needs to be fixed. Helps me to figure out any issues before purchase of my last property.
