
Is easy to use, most of the time is not neccesary to look a tutorial about how to use, also you can easily find the invoices in the portal. The good thing about Resman is the fast answer from the support and that you can get reports with the general accounting for property, one or more properties or you can use the GL number to get it. Sometimes get slow or doesnt work correctly, you have to wait a long time to save the changes. There is other error about the balances because sometimes resman delete them and if someone else want to check the balance is in 0. Some weeks ago we have an error with the properties, when you tried to change to a different property Resman returned the page to an especific property, if you dont realized about it, you enter transactions wrongly. It is very user friendly and the reports provided are very detailed. The links are easy to help collegues understand invoices faster. The charts it provides help keep track of late payments and our company can take clear desitions for future plans. When there is an outage they inform users and have fixed them in under 24hrs. It has kept my team communicated during this Corona virus crisis. We´ve been able to keep working form home. Our business is in order and we can continue having the organization up and running. Lately it´s become slow and buffers too much. Sometimes our other users don´t upload the format necessary and we cannot see the files attached without downloading them. The new invoice format that keeps all the windows open for change instead of having to unapprove the invoice has caused confusions by finger errors. The most enjoyable feature of ResMan is their customer service. The software is very user friendly and the staff is always able to figure out errors in a timely matter. Articles are provided for further instructions on how to solve something on your own. They also provide a very helpful customer service chat room that has great people working on fixing your issues and answering any questions your have about the software. To start, I would have to say that I LOVE the easy, user-friendly navigation. Many of the options and system displays are very easy to work through. I am a huge fan of the texting option through Res Man and the customization/integration services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do dislike some of the quirky features that happen when you have a renewal. Many of our team members often click the begin lease button, force placing a renewal because it misleads them. Also, it would be helpful to mass edit a ledger. For example, a property with a daily late fee that may have been assessed on accident takes a huge amount of time to individually reverse each transaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like best about Resman is that you have everything in the same place. You can create different reports based on your needs and also use reports that already exist without having to do extra work. I also like that you can upload files. This helps have more control and not losing any documents. It also helps that everyone in the company has access to it so everyone has the same information. Also, I like that you can use a chat inside resman. Lastly, the boardroom section really helps to have an overall look at the property or whatever you are using Resman for. I do not like when for some reason it gets really slow and you can´t upload documents or load some reports. Also, there have been technical issues with the server that affect the performance and make using Resman a little bit tedious. But I think this does not happen often so overall there are not many things I do not like about Resman. I would like to suggest an improvement in the reports sections. It is quite difficult to create custom reports, it would be helpful if it is more friendly or if you can have chat assitance with someone worling on resman. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Transfers could be easier, and right now we are unable to accept online applications because everything isn't linked yet to our lease and application software. User friendly interface! Not too many issues or loading times. Much better than Yardi will probably ever be but there is no need to integrate other traffic sources into resman. I absolutley hate integrating software like aptexx, paylease, or knock. to me it just makes the whole experience much more difficult because when one item starts messing up you have to reach out to 2 different support teams to try and figure out what is going on and honestly it gets exhausting when it is happening quite often. Then when you switch integration software's its like lets stop business for an entire because we are trying to figure out how to make this software work four our needs..
