What do you like best about SOCi?

Soci.ai is an great tool for businesses with multiple locations. It uses AI to make marketing much easier.

I especially love the "Genius" features. Genius Search helps your business show up better in online searches. Genius Reviews makes replying to customer feedback quick and easy.

What do you like best about SOCi?

I really enjoy using SOCi because it significantly simplifies the management of our social media presence by automating posts. This automation not only makes handling social media less time-consuming but also lightens the workload for our team, enabling us to focus on other critical tasks. Additionally, I find it extremely beneficial that SOCi allows us to gather all our reviews from various sites into a single platform, which is incredibly convenient and efficient. I find that SOCi has a lot of information that doesn't pertain to me or my property personally. This makes the training content seem overwhelming and less relevant to my needs. One thing that I dislike about Sochi is that if you are posting an Instagram story, you cannot attach any music or links. I like how SOCI allows you to post across multiple platforms and to keep up with all of those posts and accounts from one main source. It also lets you see how many engagements are made and what app is getting the most attention. This allows for you to keep up with the best platform the most. I appreciate SOCi's potential capability to automate the posting processes, which could be incredibly valuable in streamlining my social media strategy. I hoped for a system that allowed me to 'set it and forget it,' ensuring that my content aligns seamlessly with my brand without requiring constant monitoring and management. This feature would be perfect for me as it provides reliable and correct posting information about tour operators that are in alignment with my brand values. The automation and sharing capabilities have made it easier for me to trust that my social media presence is being managed effectively, even when I'm not overseeing it constantly. Moreover, the idea of having a platform that effortlessly supports my brand's needs by providing informative posts that I can rely on is a significant reason why I looked into using SOCi. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I found setting up SOCi to be tedious and cumbersome, with a process that was not straightforward. There was a lot of back and forth involved, and I feel it could have been made much simpler. Additionally, the platform calendar feels incomplete as it only schedules posts for about a week or ten days in advance, rather than offering a full month's worth or longer. What do you like best about SOCi?

We’ve been using SOCi here at Water’s Edge, and it’s honestly made such a difference for our team. It keeps everything organized and makes communicating with residents so much easier—whether we’re posting updates, sharing events, or highlighting what makes our community special. What do you dislike about SOCi?

There’s a little bit of a learning curve at first since SOCi has so many features—it can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning. The mobile app is super convenient, but I do wish it had all the same options as the desktop version. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility with branding in the reports and design templates. What do you like best about SOCi?

It automates posting on my social feeds, including my Google Business page that wants content posted for SEO that I'd never do myself, so that part is great. You can put social posting on autopilot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

If someone clicks the link, it's very obvious it was an automated post I did not create. Social media content needs to be more genuine and this doesn't do that for you. The other issue is that 200,000 other people are posting the same exact content. Nothing is customized or unique to you, and all the research shows these kinds of posts turn off people and kill engagement. I actually stopped Facebook for this reason.
