I find that SOCi has a lot of information that doesn't pertain to me or my property personally. This makes the training content seem overwhelming and less relevant to my needs. There’s a little bit of a learning curve at first since SOCi has so many features—it can feel a bit overwhelming in the beginning. The mobile app is super convenient, but I do wish it had all the same options as the desktop version. It would also be nice to have a bit more flexibility with branding in the reports and design templates. If someone clicks the link, it's very obvious it was an automated post I did not create. Social media content needs to be more genuine and this doesn't do that for you. The other issue is that 200,000 other people are posting the same exact content. Nothing is customized or unique to you, and all the research shows these kinds of posts turn off people and kill engagement. I actually stopped Facebook for this reason.
