The Global Relay support staff worked alongside our team during the initial transition to their archiving platform. They were able to pull all of our Hosted Exchange data into the archive with minimal impact on my staff's time. We have found their user interface intuitive and easy to use, even for our less tech-savvy management personnel. I cannot think of any way in which Global Relay is least helpful. The only downfall we encountered was when, due to a court order, some of the email records which has been archived by Global Relay needed to be purged by the Global Relay staff and was not a task we could perform ourselves.
