What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi makes it easy to manage all our social media accounts in one place. I especially like the scheduling tools and how intuitive the dashboard is - it saves us a ton of time and keeps our branding consistent across platforms. The auto-responder for Google Reviews has also really increased efficiency for each of our teams. Customer Support has been especially quick and responsive anytime I have needed assistance. What do you dislike about SOCi?

While SOCi is a powerful platform, some features can feel a bit clunky or require a learning curve, especially when overseeing multiple locations. The reporting customization is somewhat limited, and occasionally the platform can be slow to load or sync with certain networks. My company didn't do a very in-depth review of SOCi, which has made implementation and usage lower than where it is intended to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

As a general user who also helps train others on how to use this tool, I find it to be user friendly. The navigation bar on the left hand side is intuitive and I love the at a glance dashboard that allows me to have a quick overview of my activity and action items. Although, as a trainer, I use it less frequently, most of the users I train use this several times a week and are able to get up to speed on integrating it into their schedule with ease. What do you dislike about SOCi?

Some of the content and overall format is a bit dated. Although it is easy to use I wish it was more interesting and less sterile. Sometimes it feels like it's all in a sort of excel format rather than a dynamic tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SOCi?

SOCi has been a great tool for us in many aspects, but I especially love utilizing the social media post Scheduler. This is such an easy way for us to schedule our social media posts in advance, and without having to post to each individual site ourselves. You just create one post in the calendar, set the date, time, and platforms you want it to post on, and SOCi takes care of the rest! With our busy schedules, this is one less thing we have to worry about. I also love being able to track a number of marketing metrics here. What do you dislike about SOCi?

What do you like best about SOCi?

What do you like best about SOCi?

I like how SOCi makes the posting and sharing of community content and events much easier. It's a huge time saver, allowing us to get the right amount of information out in a timely manner to more people across the web. At the click of a button, we can update information and have new posts up in seconds. The setup was user-friendly and easy to get things started. What do you like best about SOCi?

Having a single, centralized platform where I can access and respond to all our reviews and social media posts is extremely helpful. It saves time, keeps everything organized, and ensures nothing falls through the cracks. Being able to manage our online presence efficiently from one location has made a big difference in staying engaged with our clients and maintaining a consistent brand voice. What do you dislike about SOCi?

One challenge I've experienced with SOCi is that the platform can feel a bit daunting to navigate at first. It takes some time to get used to the layout and figure out where everything is located. What do you like best about SOCi?

What I love most about SOCi is how streamlined and organized it makes my social media workflow. I can plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple platforms in one place, which saves me tons of time and mental energy. The calendar view is clean and intuitive, and the ability to store and reuse evergreen content has been a game changer for keeping our brand consistent. What do you like best about SOCi?

The social media scheduler was a game changer for me! Scheduling out social media posts is a breeze. The website is very intuitive and you are able post to multiple sites at the same time. I use this feature very regularly and schedule out at least a month at a time. I also love that Canva is integrated in. So any content I have premade can then be pulled into the site easily rather than having to download then upload. Having the ability to choose a variety of times for posts is very handy as well. I can have multiple posts go up in a day without issue. I work at a small family owned pharmacy and have many other tasks in addition to running the social media pages. The Scheduler feature in SOCI was an absolute game changer for me and freed up a huge amount of time that I am now able to reinvest into the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

I don't find the review tab to be particularly useful. It tends to lag behind by at least a day and I prefer to respond to reviews faster than that. The suggested prompts are also very bland and impersonal. I understand why this is but I work at a small family owned business and we prefer to be very hands on and personal with customers. It is important to the owners that any review, positive or negative is responded to quickly and personally and the review feature in SOCI just doesn't allow for that. What do you like best about SOCi?

I love that Soci makes it so easy to post across multiple platforms without having to log into each one and create or copy and paste posts! At work we have instagram, facebook, tiktok, google, and more and I only have to post once! Also I love love love being able to schedule in one place and see my month mapped out for me. It is such a timesaver! I also love that it lets me know if images are not formatted to fit certain platforms. Its the worst when I have a great post, and instagram cuts the top off due to sizing changes. Soci eliminates that! What do you dislike about SOCi?

The only downside I have so far is that I don't know enough. I can see my digital footprint which is super helpful, but I am still learning how to utilize all the features. What do you like best about SOCi?

I love that I can post on many platforms at once. This is not a system I had a choice in it was provided through a program I have access via my franchise with Cruise Planners. I think some of the features are bight shiny things but some are more hard core and it is really the posting feature that is my go to, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

The interface is awful. It is not intuitive. You can never easily understand what you are seeing. The whole signal strength baffles me. Consistency of posting is challenging. However it does well with the programed things provided by my franchisee, it is harder to often figure out and then find the content that has been posted. The reporting and different pages are hard to follow. The engagements need some screening because it should be able to spot the scam messaging versus actual engagement. For instance for every "hi" message if I let the auto response it then starts a conversation with a scam artist and it drives negative engagement. This is the worst on Instagram.
