**What do you like best about FranConnect?**

I love that FranConnect serves as one hub to connect all other resources. It helps me stay organized and manage daily business needs by keeping information in one central location. All company marketing, tools, materials, and brand guidelines are easy to access.

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

It sometimes is difficult to navigate if you're unfamiliar with the layout. The home button that outlines single sign links should be the main page instead of having to navigate to it.

**What problems is FranConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FranConnect provides a centralized dashboard, connecting all our company tools and information, like marketing materials and brand guidelines. It keeps everything organized and easy to access, helping manage daily business needs.

Franconnect has truly helped us get organized and have effective communication to our Franchisees. We also loved the development side of it for new locations.

As a tech platform it is a tad rudimentary and the search feature can be very frustrating.

Helped us a ton with organizing development and how stores communicate with each other.

**What do you like best about FranConnect?**

FranConnect has many different modules to help with franchise management.

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

The UI/UX is poor. It's not intuitive, and the UI/UX experience could be much better.

**What problems is FranConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our franchise system has a platform in place that allows us to track leads, onboard new franchisees, and draft royalties from existing franchisees.

**What do you like best about FranConnect?**

It is pretty straightforward and easy to use for sales teams. I also like that it is specifically made for franchise business models. If used correctly it is much better for franchise models to use than other crm platforms.

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

I dislike the fact that there is not a marketing aspect to it. We cannot host our website and ads.  If they added a marketing hub I think it would out preform other crms.

**Recommendations to others considering FranConnect:**

Every time there is an update there is an initial period of sluggishness and glitches in the system for a few days, however, these issues tend to go away after a few days though, so it's not too big of a deal in the long run. I also understand that this is not isolated to this software alone and is common with other systems of this size... Windows, anyone? Additionally, plug-ins that I loved using such as the email uploader and calendar sync have (understandably) been transferred from download-direct capability to download from Microsoft Store platform (which our company's draconian firewall settings won't allow us to download from anymore)...again, not FranConnect's fault, but continuing the legacy option woulda been nice ;) Would really like to see scheduling ability built into future iterations of the platform for lead generated, direct scheduling with sales team.

**What problems is FranConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the overall layout and features! there is so much that FranConnect allows users to do, that even after 3 years of using the software, I am still learning about different capabilities and finding new ideas to put into place for our sales pipeline processes! Ultimately, FranConnect has been a very valuable tool and asset for our company - from the franchise sales development process to the operational aspects in managing communications with our leads and franchise community. I love the way that I am able to manage our lead pipeline process and the various email communications that we are able to use to keep our leads engaged in the franchise process. we have received many compliments on this aspect as well. They get extra points for upgrades that consistently strive to create a better platform for their customers and the high quality of their customer service and responsiveness is refreshing, exceptional, and quite rare for a tech company of any size. I also really enjoy their resources to help customers learn about new and improved software capabilities, from engaging webinars that are informative about industry standards and uses of software to achieve sales and operational goals, to their just-right amount of communications with their customers whenever there are any issues or just to inform customers of updates, overhauls, and other tasks

The categories. Easy to find what you are looking for by using search box or the tabs on the side. The command center is also helpful- It shows the newest content and highlights.

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

I do not like that only one computer can be logged in at a time. We have 2 owners, but only one can be on the page without paying extra.

no problems to solve. The benefits of having training files accessible at any time has been so helpful.

I can perform quality control tasks on my mobile. Great for the hospitality business. When performing audits in throughout the property, it is nice not having to write everything down on paper, then have to retype it on the computer.

Sometimes transition to different pages can be slow.

If you feel your quality control and risk management areas could improve, this tool is useful.

Helps us maintain brand standards and keep quality levels up. It helps improve the communication between the hotel management and the corporate office of the brand. It been a valuable asset in mutually protect each side's assets.

**What do you like best about FranConnect?**

RizePoint has given the company I work for the ability to manage and review audits like never before. Not only can you perform and store audits, you can also report on any of the information within the system. It has made is easier for us to put our focus in the right areas. Also, you can adjust specific dashboards and home pages so your users see the content that is important to their role.

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

Honestly, there are not many things I dislike about RizePoint. We have been using the system for about 6 months and the experience has been great. When I do have an issue, the support team addresses it quickly.

**What problems is FranConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Audit management has never been easier. The benefits are having everything in one place along with the ability to report on the data collected from audits.

I have deferred to FranConnect as a resource for many aspects of my job here at Capriotti's. It is used to curate directory information, shop opener information, and as a Ops repository.

I dislike that many previous franconnect users have curated the wrong information and have not updated it for the current users.This is not a fault of the franconnect system though.

This is a fantastic franchise software that enables the company to move quicker and more efficiently.

We are able to use it as a cloud repository, training site, and sales center. It is highly flexible for what you need.

The features and ability to be customized. The off app line ability. The ability to build or use client services to create custom reports. 

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

Some parts of the platform are more difficult to use because they are legacy based; however the overall system is great. 
The Main system that is used to build each audit is in need of a revamp. Also since being with the company we have had 3 client success managers, it seems that the company has a high turn over rate.

Set-up is curtail and most important.

We use the product to conduct cleanliness and condition audits at our resorts.

I enjoy how user friendly the RiezePoint software is.

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

I dislike the glitches that I constantly experience on a daily bases using Rizepoint. My screen often goes blank while using the software, forcing me to re-open to application.

**Recommendations to others considering FranConnect:**

Overall I prefer Steton - RizePoint often experiences too many glitches - Customer support does not have explanation on how to resolve issue.

**What problems is FranConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Rizepoint daily to conduct Quality audits for my organization. I believe the software is more advanced than Steton (prior software used) however has more glitches.

I like that it provides target dates for completing of tasks and assignments. It provides me with reminders when I am approaching a deadline, so I can complete my tasks on time.

I find Rizepoint can be difficult to navigate if you don't know exactly where you need to go on the site. 

**Recommendations to others considering FranConnect:**

Take the time to learn the site. It is very helpful but navigation of the site can be tricky. Even more reason to play around with Rizepoint. 

**What problems is FranConnect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it primarily to keep my action plans organized on up-to-date. It is great at providing me alerts so I don't miss any due dates.

It can do so with a direct and convenient even no internet. We can check hotel's action plan at any time. We can receive monthly MAP status and then we can follow up.

The audit report can not be moved automatically at any time to computer during audit.

The audit report can not be moved automatically during audit, so it is not convenient to show hotel engineer during audit.

This is a great resource for our needs and is something I use on a daily and weekly basis. There are plenty of different platforms within that simplify my searches, etc.

I do not have many dislikes about the product...occasionally, it takes time to load specific files or pull certain forms but they are usually lengthy forms so I understand.

It helps me pinpoint specific standards to address as well as preventative measures to stay ahead of issues. Helps to stay ahead of curve and keep you on track for yearly and quarterly tasks, also plenty of resources when unsure where to go.

Easy interface to use and is much more visually appealing compared to our past solution. I also like the ability to add videos now instead of just images. 

**What do you dislike about FranConnect?**

Occasionally, the application does lock up and freeze when using it on an iPad. This is becoming less and less frequent however with occasional updates to the application.

We use RizePoint to conduct hotel evaluations. The benefit of being able to conduct the entire evaluation using on device and one application is terrific.

We just switched from MA 360 to Rizepoint and the mobile app now allows you to search a question by keywords.

Quality and Brand Consistency. Allowing hotels to complete a self audit before the Quality Inspector comes.

I would request that all the homepage screens should look exactly alike.  Even with different user level access,  the "additions" for more access items should be below the standard screen.

Ensuring that our brand and safety standards are being maintained and addressed.  The benefit is that we are maintaining quality and safe hotels to guests.

The auditing function is the most useful feature.

The system is not very intuitive from a setup and maintenance perspective.  It has been difficult to train end users on the system outside of the auditing app.

We have been able to leverage it to identify and correct compliance issues.  It has helped with accountability.

Their turnover. I've had 5 different account reps in 3 years. Building forms is a brutal task
