The food is delivered hot and in excellent quality. The app is easy to use and allows specifications needed. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** The only thing I don't like about GRUBHUB is how expensive it is to use but that is inherent to any online delivery/pickup service. Everything else appears to be working well. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are constantly making helpful changes to the application for better ease of use. Other than that, I do not know of any additional changes they are currently making. ### 2. Many options, at least in New York City. You can view the participating restaurants and stores on a map or as a list and filter with many filter options. **What do you dislike about GrubHub for Restaurants?** Once you select a dish with the choices in it, you can't return to edit your selections in it. The only way to edit it is by emptying the entire basket and starting all over again. **What problems is GrubHub for Restaurants solving and how is that benefiting you?** When I have a busy work day, either at the office or at home, with many back-to-back meetings preventing me from preparing food on my own, this app is truly a lifesaver. ### 4. If for some reason a restaurant forgets to include an item, GrubHub always refunds the cost of the item that wasn't received.
