What problems is SOCi solving and how is that benefiting you?

SOCi has been helping me save time when posting to social media and when reviewing responses from my residents. I’m able to schedule posts ahead of time and feel confident that everything will be handled as planned. "Easy Setup and Great-Looking Social Posts Across Platforms"

What do you like best about SOCi?

I like that I can post about so many different providers with very little work. It was easy to set up. I am one of the agents who get it for free with my agency, so the price is perfect. I can link to my instagram, facebook, linked in and tik tok easily. The posts are good looking and I have been getting some likes on them. I do wish that there was more about sales though as I haven't gotten any leads from this yet. I haven't had to as for any support at this time, but the emails I have recieved on it have been helpful. What do you dislike about SOCi?

Soci offers great reports that make it easy to compare yourself directly with competitors. Visually it is pleasant to look at and it is easy to find and analyze what you are looking at. integrates nicely with the social media platforms. the AI capabilities are endless ! with any social review platform we want more details such as time and dates of visits. nobody can provide that, setting up notifications so you can reply quickly has been an issue. support wait can be a bit long but it always is. pricing is always a concern and time will tell if worth it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding Google posts - our team is actively working on an enhancement that would allow for posting to multiple pages at the same time, so hang tight! We still are only allowing for 1 photo per post at this time, so I suggest reaching out to support@meetsoci.com to submit a request for this enhanced functionality.

"SOCi: A Valuable Asset for Social Media Management"

What do you like best about SOCi?

I really find SOCi valuable due to the many helpful training resources from SOCi University, which I use frequently. The social monitoring app is something I appreciate, and I love the SOCi Content Library. The library's helpful images, especially of upcoming events, are great for our dealership's social media accounts, offering different content libraries to choose from. I also like that SOCi is integrated seamlessly with other tools, allowing me to pull images and content for our socials on Instagram and Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SOCi?

"Effortless Social Media Scheduling with a Few Hiccups"

What do you like best about SOCi?

I really appreciate SOCi for social media scheduling. It's great to have all my planned content in one place on a calendar. I like that it also helps me post the same content across multiple platforms. The scheduling calendar is a feature I particularly enjoy, and I love the ability to view a day, week, or whole month at a time. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate as well.
