Everything including how fast they reply to issues

I wish they had a area that you could create a profile with images.

This software i very user friendly. You can easily navigate this the schedules and appointments.

When searching  there is a bit of a lag, it is tolerable though.

My time provides optimal scheduling that help increase efficiency and productivity of the user

**What do you like best about MyTime?**

What MyTime excels at it does very well. Task automation and reminders that pop up for action items are key in saving time while processing timesheets. The ability to filter and sort to the specific task you are trying to accomplish has been great for saving time during scheduling.

**What do you dislike about MyTime?**

The reporting aspect seems a bit lacking in functionality. There are some missed opportunities with how I should be able to view the data for my team members. With our previous suite, we had access to a message board that allowed team members to communicate in a safe space, and would love if MyTime would add a feature like this.

**What problems is MyTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking team member performance with specific reports has become much more painless with the automation available to send reporting out to key members to manage.

Used this as a booking / POS tool for my salon.

Functionality is limited. Customer service not very responsive.

It is the booking and POS system for our salon.

**What do you like best about MyTime?**

I enjoy having the ability to customize the design and order of card forms from the dashboard.  Reporting is made easy with multiple criteria for sorting and filtering vital information.

**What do you dislike about MyTime?**

While integrating other software applications does exist, it's not always accurate/reliable. In some cases, duplicative requests are beign submitted as a result of this feature being finicky.

**What problems is MyTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All Requests are in one place. PTO, SICK, Schedule, Punch Card, Timesheet. It makes it easy for front end-users to access all the information they need from one place.

**What do you like best about MyTime?**

I like that I can easily the track my hours, as well as the hours of my teammates. This makes it easy for me to see when we will each be on PTO or when we will be in the office. This is especially helpful during this COVID era.

**What do you dislike about MyTime?**

Requesting time off is tricky at best. I have yet to do it correctly. Also, the program automatically lists me as on PTO during certain holidays (Christmas, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc.). While normally this would be OK, we work in healthcare and therefore work a lot of holidays. Therefore it's annoying to keep going in and changing it to note that I worked. If I'm not careful, I could lose my PTO due to this.

**What problems is MyTime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the need for tracking our hours and our timesheets. It keeps everything in one place and it ensures we are covered for all shifts. It helps manage PTO requests for all members of the team.

Love the dashboard, showing timesheets, clock card, direct request for any PTO/sick time as well as the upcoming week's schedule!

Experiencing a few bugs from the mobile app

**What do you like best about MyTime?**

The calendar feature makes it is easy to use and request time off. I like how it is able to be our same username and passcode that it is for everything else. This is so much better than a paper pencil version!

**What do you dislike about MyTime?**

It seems like there a lot of steps and it can be overwhelming and confusing for new people. 

**Recommendations to others considering MyTime:**

To check the color codes.

How to efficiently ask for leave at work. How to save time and paper for our schools. Districts that still use paper timesheets and leave request forms are really behind the time!

I don't care much for the font somewhat.  The layout can feel a little cluttered.  If I have two or more things on the schedule for the same time (for reminders), it squishes it in a way that makes it look not easy to read.

I use it to manage my day and ensure I do all tasks and appointments in a timely matter

**What do you like best about MyTime?**

I find Mytime to be an easy product to use and after it got upgraded it was even easier.  I find it to be particularly easy to keep track of my clients and time.

**What do you dislike about MyTime?**

I find there to be difficulty to distinguish between AM and PM.  I cannot always tell if it is calculating my actual time correct but I know it is doing the hours correct.

I am not solving any actual business issues
