**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I like how PandaDoc allows me to see the timeline of multiple reviews and signers of a document. I also appreciate the email notifications that inform me when a document is opened and reviewed, and when it has been signed by all parties. These features are especially helpful for ensuring documents are submitted on time, as they tell me who has signed and who hasn’t, so I can follow up accordingly.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I see the deletion feature has been removed. If I upload a document that is not the right font or the margins are off, I want to be able to delete the document and start over. I would also like a feature that notifies the person who needs the document that they have opened and received it. I would like the audit trail put back on the main page. Some of the team did not like it at first, and some still do not use it.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc helps track document timelines and signatures. Email notifications alert me to needed actions, ensuring timely submissions. It addresses our past issue of tracking document status with DocuShare.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

My clients can sign documents from anywhere in the world
The receipt of the signature certificate that can prove the authenticity of the signatures
Easy integration with different tools. (hubspot for example) 
The user-friendly interface
Many options fit all kinds of documents
Saving so much paper 
Saving time spent on tracking signed documents and keeping a tight archive

Might be the best tool for digital documents on the market at this present moment

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The option for bulk send - I wish there was a customized option to bulk send hundred of documents at the same time (for contract renewal periods)

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc has been proven useful especially when it comes to having a database for all the contracts we gather throught the year. It become very easy to track and find documents whenever we need them for a quick double check. 

Digitalization reduced the cost of printed materials (ink, printing machines and of course paper)

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I use PandaDoc for my web design agency, especially for client agreements and signing contracts with employees. I find it so much more flexible compared to DocuSign, and it's cheaper too. I appreciate that it has more features and is more accessible. One of the things I like most is the ability to change the size of the signature in my documents, allowing me to expand it horizontally or vertically without having to do both at once. This feature is really important to me because it lets the signature box fit perfectly into my documents. The initial setup was also really easy, with everything laid out for me, so I could start right away. I would 100% recommend PandaDoc to anyone, it's much more convenient and amazing.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

nothing yet to be honest. its satisfied all my needs

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PandaDoc for client agreements and employee contracts. It's cheaper, has more features, and is more flexible than DocuSign. It allows me to customize signature sizes to fit my documents perfectly, making the process convenient and efficient.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc's UI/UX Design has one of the most user-friendly navigation platforms for us. Direct-to-the-point, we barely use its knowledge base to search for what we need.

One of their features, Forms, has helped us tremendously by letting us receive applications and responses without having to manually send out a copy each time. This integration on our website has been greatly helpful for our clients.

Performance-wise, we barely get any drawbacks as it's mostly fully operational.

Also, PandaDoc’s e-Signature page has been the most reassuring feature compared with other e-signing platforms we’ve tried, and at this point, it’s a dealbreaker for us not to have it.

I would also like to give kudos to their Support team and their seamless resolutions to any issue we've encountered.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The price may be a bit above average due to the form response package, but overall, it's already one of the best deals out there compared to other e-Signing platforms.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Definitely the manual setups per document. Using Templates in our forms and documents has halved the time required for tasks since the fields are already set.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

As a Sales Executive, I really like PandaDoc because it keeps all of my client-facing forms in one place. It’s integrated with our Hubspot instance, which allows me to auto-generate and initiate pricing proposals directly from Hubspot.  We are able to load all of our pricing tables and everything. So putting together that proposal is a very quick, easy and seamless process, and the PandaDoc UI is on point and makes it virtually effortless.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

My only wish would be that the interface was cleaned up. That much more where I could just make any edits to proposal without having to click back into the proposal, and could just do so from the main proposal review page.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Freeing up my time to take care of other tasks.  I used to have to do all of these proposals by hand individually which can be quite cumbersome when there are multiple to do in a day. Aside from my other responsibilities

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I really like using PandaDoc for approval processes and employment offers. The ability to create and save templates for various documents like employment offers and compensation plans is great because it makes it easy to access and send them out. The recent update that allows for in-line signing and inserting fields in line with text has been a big improvement, resolving issues with signatures displacing. It really helps us to have documents approved before they go out. It's also helpful that I can see when certain documents like termination notices are viewed. Overall, PandaDoc is an integral part of our workflow, especially since we move fast, and it supports our business needs well.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I think the biggest thing that needed improvement was the issue with signatures flying across the file when adding text, but that has been addressed by a recent update. I feel like I also need more guidance or a training course to navigate all the recent changes in PandaDoc, as that's the only gap I have now.

I use PandaDoc for employment offers and approval processes. It simplifies our approvals with templates, helping us move fast. The in-line signing feature prevents signature issues, making document workflows smoother.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc provides a straightforward document generation and e-signature experience and integrates well with HubSpot. The platform is easy for end users to adopt, templates are simple to manage, and the document workflow is generally intuitive. For organizations with standardized agreement processes, PandaDoc helps streamline document creation, signature collection, and client onboarding while providing good visibility into document status and activity.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The product itself generally performs well, but the customer experience after purchase can be challenging. Support responsiveness and escalation paths are not always clear when business-critical issues arise, and obtaining ownership of complex issues can be difficult.

We also found the renewal process to be unnecessarily adversarial and overly focused on preserving contract value rather than aligning pricing and packaging with actual customer usage and operational requirements. Multiple contract revisions, inconsistent communication, and significant effort were required to document agreed-upon commercial terms. Organizations that depend heavily on PandaDoc for revenue operations should carefully evaluate support expectations, escalation procedures, account management practices, and renewal mechanics in addition to the platform's functionality.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc helps us streamline agreement execution and client onboarding. By integrating with HubSpot, we can generate and send engagement agreements electronically, track document activity, and collect signatures without relying on manual PDF workflows. This improves operational efficiency, reduces administrative effort, and helps move prospective clients from consultation to signed engagement more quickly.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

Since my previous review, we've implemented the CPQ features of PandaDoc. We use it to run deal-desk, have grants of authorities for our sales reps, and prevent unauthorized discounting or gamification of our legal sales and pricing agreements. This is a big step up in automation from how we've previously used PandaDocs and is much more advanced. That being said, most of the complexity is on the side of the PandaDocs Administrator. While highly technical to setup, once we got it going we were able to reduce all of the inputs to 2-3 variable fields for our Sales Teams making it super simple to use. 

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Having a specific way to discount by unit/$ and show before/after would be great. Currently you're able to discount by % at the end of a quote, but this doesn't always work for per/unit pricing agreement tables. 

This is possible through some of the more advanced settings, but requires you to write a bunch of rules/automations for this. This makes it marginally more difficult when things change and need to be updated given the scale of rules/automations. 

More logic on auto-setting amounts for date fields would also be great. 

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Department executes a variety of agreements with our existing clients to expand upon our initial offerings and contracts. PandaDocs provides a simple integrated solution that allows my team to not fuss over contracts, quickly draft them, and get them into a client's hands without spending inordinate amounts of time with legal or management to ensure we're in compliance with different policies and procedures.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I find PandaDoc to be very user-friendly, which is crucial for my role in the business development team. It gives me the freedom to tailor each proposal correctly to my clients and prospects. I really like being able to easily access already existing tables and the ability to show and hide items that need editing. The library feature is another big plus, as it allows me to add additional information to my proposals. Moreover, it syncs seamlessly with my Gmail and Slack, which streamlines my workflow. It's the best proposal generation tool I've used in my career, and setting it up was super simple. I work in a company with over 300 employees, and I would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

There is an extra row that appears on our proposal when building that I always have to delete.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc gives me freedom to tailor each proposal and is user-friendly. I like accessing existing tables, showing and hiding items for editing, and the library for additional info.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

The ease of use once inside a document or template. It is very user friendly and the web interface is simple and poignant. The process moves quickly and is consistent. I've never encountered any outages or downtime while using the platform. It's very affordable, especially for a small business.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I don't like the main landing page. It feels cluttered with so many different options that if I haven't used it in a while it takes a few extra minutes for me to get where I want to go. I wish there were shortcuts I could create. If there is that capability, I surely could not locate it. I also don't like that you cannot download reports - they must be emailed to you. This is a huge miss for me.

It bridges the gap for electronic signatures. That's all we use it for.

It continues to be useful for organizing treatment plans, patient education documents, and clinic related paperwork in a structured way. The workflow feels efficient and document sharing remains smooth for regular professional use.

Performance could be improved while handling larger multi-page documents with images and tables. A clearer document tracking view for managing multiple patient-related files would make clinic workflow even more efficient.

Before using PandaDoc, preparing treatment plans, diet charts, follow-up instructions, and procedure packages for patients was time consuming. I had to create each document from scratch or use multiple tools, which sometimes led to mistakes or missing details. PandaDoc solves this by letting me use templates and add all patient details, treatment steps, consent sections, and instructions in one professional document. I can send it to patients for approval, track if they have viewed it, and store it automatically in Google Drive. This saves me a lot of time, reduces paperwork, and keeps my documentation organized and professional. I can focus more on patient care instead of document management, and it ensures nothing gets missed in my daily clinic workflow.

PandaDoc is a very practical tool for our day-to-day work. It helps reduce paper use and reduces the need for our clients to be physically present. The way PandaDoc automates tasks is very convenient, and the subscription pricing is highly competitive. I was very pleased with PandaDoc since the onboarding process, which made it so easy to integrate this tool into our current processes.

I haven’t run into any issues so far; from the very beginning, it was very easy to use.

PandaDoc saves both our clients and us a lot of time when creating documents that need to be signed. The reduction in our use of paper and printing supplies is also impressive. Also, the automation of reminders and the creation of templates are two advantages that I love.

Well organized and straightforward to navigate. The templates and forms are easy to use, and the merge tags are implemented excellently. Integrations are also great, which makes the overall experience smooth. Easy for users to sign documents. Onboard and support are excellent

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

PandaDoc could really use more subscription tiers to make it more affordable for smaller organizations. Even so, I still think it offers good value overall. I’d also like to see more robust text formatting options, especially when it comes to page breaks, numbering, and bullet points.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me execute fully templated agreements efficiently and with minimal effort. I can save templated, modular sections for recurring agreement language, which makes reuse straightforward. It also serves as my single source of truth for all of my agreements.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I like being able to create templates and edit them as we prepare contracts in PandaDoc. I also like the ability to replace a document and not have to add all of the 'signature' tabs over again; they remain in the same place as with the original document before it was replaced. I also like the option to copy the document and then rename it, which means we don't have to create another contract, especially if it is for the same Franchisee with all the critical information being identical. Using PDF and the ability to bring in images from other documents uploaded to the Image Library is a great feature. The company also found PandaDoc to be more cost-effective, and the integration of other tools is a more seamless and cleaner process.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Right now a big problem we are having is that when we use the template, we aren't able to place the 'field' labels without holding the Shift key and then that is even a little shaky. One thing that would help us to get these issues resolved is a better way to contact the Help Desk and interact with a Human instead of an automated machine.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PandaDoc solves repetitive work by allowing us to create document templates, saving time in contract preparation. I like the ability to replace documents without losing signature tabs, and to copy and rename documents, avoiding the constant recreation of contracts, especially for the same Franchisee.

The best part about Panda Doc is its ability to streamline the entire document workflow in one place

User interface is intuitive, electronic signatures, document tracking and automation features make it easy to create, send and manage documents effectively, saving time and improve productivity

One thing I dislike about PandaDoc is advanced features of integrations are only available only on top tier plans which makes expensive for the small business owners and new user still feels like learning curve to setup complex workflows, templates and automation features

PandaDoc solves the problem of managing documents manually by providing a centralized platform for creating, sending, tracking and singing documents. It eliminates the need for lengthy email exchanges, paper based approvals and manual follow-ups

love that it's a platform that houses all our contracts and keep track of due dates. also love that we can send the w9 with the contract all at once.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

changing a signer can be a bit difficult but i understand there are guardrails in place for a reason. Also, I wish the system would send an alert when things are due rather than me having to review the end dates.

we were using hard copy or pdf contracts for our 1099s. PandDoc allows us to modernize and streamline our process so all contracts have the same legal verbiage and easy click through electronic process. also they are all housed in one spot instead of on different drives and computers.

It’s easy to manage documents through templates, and it’s simple to send them out for signing to a large number of recipients.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Formatting large tables can sometimes feel inconvenient. When I insert signing positions, the formatting and alignment don’t always turn out as expected.

**What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use PandaDoc to quickly send out and sign forms, consents, and similar documents, and to keep all of that documentation organized. It lets me send documents in bulk and then download the completed, signed files together in a single archive, which makes follow-up and storage much easier. Additionally, the initial setup of PandaDoc was very easy for me. I logged in, had an account made, and was able to start from the get-go, so it's very seamless. I'm really enjoying PandaDoc.

I’ve used three other digital signature platforms in my role, and PandaDoc has been easy for me to learn. We digitized our internal forms so users despite distance can easily, quickly push documents through the needed workflow. I use it all the time now that digital signatures have become the new standard compared to wet signatures. We integrated all internal forms into PandaDoc because, as a charter, we have five locations. This has made the workflow more efficient and quicker across all sites.

I am not tech savvy as a person in general so I truly don't have anything I need to share that I dislike. The recent upgrade to the platform would have been nice to have had a tutorial sent out to clients.  It took me a bit to learn the new features.

Since the most recent update, I don't like that you cannot copy the email address of the recipients when you're on the screen where you've generated a link to copy. I had frequently used that page of the platform to copy the party's email address into my email service and then copy the link to their document. I really appreciate how PandaDoc speeds up the process of getting documents signed. When I was just starting the business, I used to manually generate PDFs, send them to the customer, and then they'd have to download, sign, scan, and send them back. But with PandaDoc, I just click a couple of buttons in Salesforce, and it renders the document and sends it out. I can see if the customer has viewed it or forwarded it for signing. It adds a layer of professionalism that I wouldn't get doing it the old way. The designer in PandaDoc lets us make our documents look polished, professional, and on-brand, which makes us stand out compared to the plain documents I get from others. It's also incredibly easy to set up, which I really love. Their support has been excellent, always responsive and they take feedback to heart to improve the product. PandaDoc is not just a great product, but a great partner as well.

We do experience a bit of lag here and there where sometimes when I'm trying to bang a contract out, there seems to be a little bit of downtime or buffering. It usually comes back online. It's just in the moment when I'm trying to run through my day sometimes it can be a bit challenging.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I highly recommend the platform because it's great for creating quick contracts on the fly and proposals right in front of my customers, so they can immediately say, "wow", I'll sign it today.' It's a great tool to keep a record of all signed contracts in one simple place. I like the fact that I can create new templates quickly and roll forward existing contracts from other clients for new clients. It's really easy for me to quickly open PandaDoc, duplicate an existing contract, and customize it right in front of their eyes.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

It would be nice if there were a way to have a core template document that's easy to use moving forward, like a master template. It would be helpful to manage master templates for various core packages as a quick pick list. The initial setup took more time than expected.

I use PandaDoc for creating quick contracts and proposals in front of customers, making it easy for them to sign immediately. It's great for keeping signed contracts organized. The quick creation of new templates and the ability to duplicate and customize existing contracts save me time.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

The control over design application, we used to have to email word documents around and inevitably someone would style things however they wanted or not have the correct version of fonts installed. This caused a lot of last minute reformatting that was rushed.

The library is an easy way to have lots of versions of commonly reused content, before we kept all the versions in the template and that file was huge.

Control on templates. I like that I can add blocks from the library for creators to choose from, since they're not likely to be aware of all the best options. I like the ability to make some blocks uneditable or locked.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

The inability for text to flow into content blocks on the next page so I manually have to adjust it. This leads into my next headache...

The hiccup that comments don't work if a page's content is too long, but only sometimes. This forces us to add page breaks even when we're early in creating a doc and may not have solidified the order we'll want content to appear in or how detailed we will or won't get. Being able to tag team members in comments is key to refining the content so that we can make a final formatting pass, but we end up having to do a lot of formatting early on so that comments save and are visible.

The UI to see page previews and number of pages is missed by most of my team. I have to remind them of this and explain it often so they can locate the area I need their support in.

Formatting on tables is pretty meh. The fact that I can style a regular table very specifically and I have extremely limited styling on pricing tables is a total miss. I can't format them to look similarly styled and there are pieces in the pricing table you can't change the font or sizing on AT ALL.

Control, it 100% reduced the amount of time I used to spend reviewing and correcting things people would remove or break.

I like the idea that PandaDoc has different workspaces where we can divide up different workflows, especially since some of our work is financially sensitive and needs to stay separated for the finance team while other work is for our sales team and can be more widely viewed. I appreciate that in our current pricing package, we are not charged per user, but per document, allowing the entire company to edit and update proposals sent to our clients. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

It's a little bit limiting in its integrations with other areas if we wanted to do workflows through Azure Logic Apps or things like that where we were to have fields fill out within a PandaDoc document, takes quite a bit of setup to get done. And then submitting through those automations to get files in there to be signed requires a bit of additional legwork to figure out. I'd appreciate a little bit more intuitive automation interface.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I like that PandaDoc allows us to customize the way we create quotes, which is really useful. Templates can be created and boxes or sections can be added to the quote, and that is something I really value. Moreover, this helps me streamline my time by allowing the process to be faster. I don't have to spend much time on a new quote, as I sometimes simply copy from a previous quote for the same client and update it. This makes working with quotes much easier. I also think that filling in the predefined fields by our programming team has been simple.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I have not used the electronic signature, I don't know if it's part of PandaDoc or if my company hasn't activated it, but we really haven't used it. I don't know if it's an internal problem or a PandaDoc issue.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I appreciate how PandaDoc handles the formatting of contract documents and keeps everything centralized. I love seeing when a client has opened or viewed a contract, instead of sending a PDF via email and hoping they received or acknowledged it. It's pretty easy to use and offers templates when needed. I also like that PandaDoc is well-known enough that my clients are comfortable signing documents through it, unlike with something more obscure. Mobile-friendly signing is a big plus for our clients, and the document tracking is the biggest asset for our company. The initial setup of PandaDoc was very easy.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

I think the pricing model needs some refinement. I currently use PandaDoc by myself only because the price increases too much per seat and I feel like it should have a discounted rate for additional seats, considering the fact all the documents are still centralized among the team.

**What do you like best about PandaDoc?**

I primarily use PandaDoc to sign agreements with clients and NDAs with contractors, and it's pretty convenient to edit documents immediately. The ability to use templates adds to the flexibility of signing and editing documents. I find the editing features really useful, especially the auto sign-in date feature for fields like date fields. The process is manageable and clear, which is handy for typical tasks.

**What do you dislike about PandaDoc?**

Oh, well, yeah. There is one feature which really frustrates me when I have to prepare the document in Google Drive, I'd like to have an integration and just import the document directly in PandaDoc. Instead of downloading it, then exporting, then importing in PandaDoc. And there is such a feature, but you have to allow PandaDoc access to your entire Google Drive, which is not an option for me at all for security reasons. It could be an API where you're able to select and give access to just one document, using a service account. But there is no such feature, and the current way to solve it through entire Google Drive is no way. Not for me.

I use PandaDoc for digital signing, which is handy. It offers flexibility for editing and using templates, making document management clear and convenient.

I receive an email notification when a document is opened the first time. However, after that initial open, I don’t get any notification if they open it a second or third time. I’d like to be alerted for all the activity a signee has.

PandaDoc’s balance of usability and functionality fits us perfectly. Anytime we’ve run into questions—whether about templates, integrations, or billing—the PandaDoc support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping us succeed

The only downside we’ve experienced is the annual billing structure. Plans are billed for the full year upfront, and seat counts are locked in for that period. A monthly billing option or more flexible seat adjustment policy would make PandaDoc even better for small businesses.
