What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What I like best about PandaDoc is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean, the features are straightforward, and it makes creating and sending documents incredibly simple. It saves me a lot of time, especially with templates and tracking. I also like that I can see when someone opens a document because it helps me follow up at the right moment. The primary frustration pointis the editing complexity when dealing with highly specific or custom formatting. While the drag and drop builder is great for new proposals, users find ir challenging to edit or manually adjust existing documents or PDFs with limited formatting options and unpredictable text reflow. What do you like best about PandaDoc?

We like how easy it is to upload and send documents to clients for signatures. The platform clearly shows document statuses such as sent, viewed, and completed, allowing us to track progress and send reminders when needed. PandaDoc also offers unlimited document sending, which is a great advantage. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

We found that it would be very helpful if PandaDoc offered integration with our tax software, TaxCycle, so we could send documents for signature directly from the software without needing to download and upload files manually. Additionally, it would be great if PandaDoc allowed users to import contacts directly to save time entering client information. Although support can assist with this, reaching out each time takes extra effort — having a self-service option for importing contacts would make the process much smoother from a user’s perspective. What do you like best about PandaDoc?

PandaDoc is similar in many ways to other services I've used in the past but it has been more reliable. You can actually send documents for signature collection via email or you can grab a link which works great for some folks that can't ever find it in their email after you've sent it so you can just text out the link. Also you can save whatever message you want to send to signers as a template that will get added before sending it out. They’ve advanced the product to include invoicing & so much more. Awesome features that would take way to long to type it all out. Highly recommend checking them out for your e-signature needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I am a dermatologist and certified dietitian, and I use PandaDoc regularly to create and manage treatment plans, diet charts, follow up instructions, and procedure packages for my patients. It is very easy to use and requires no complicated setup. I can select a template, add patient details, treatment steps, pricing, or consent sections, and the document is ready to share in minutes.

What I like most is that it’s not just for signatures. I can prepare complete documents including tables, instructions, clinic logo, and care guidelines in one place. Integration with Google Drive works smoothly, so all completed or signed files are automatically saved. Tracking who has opened or viewed a document is also very helpful when managing multiple patients or treatment plans.

I use it several times a week, especially for laser procedures, long-term skincare programs, and diet plans. Implementation was smooth, it fits perfectly into my workflow, and I haven’t needed customer support so far. What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Sometimes, when I work with large treatment plans or multi-page documents with images and tables, the editor can slow down slightly. Tracking multiple pending documents for different patients could be clearer, especially during busy clinic hours. Also, occasionally adding very specific medical instructions or custom sections in templates can be a bit limited, so I need to adjust manually. What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I have been using PandaDoc for approximately four years for my work, primarily to send important documentation to clients and parents. I love that it provides a separate confirmation letter stating when the document was sent, reviewed, and signed. The ease of setting up PandaDoc was a pleasant surprise; it was very smooth and straightforward to get started. The software significantly helps in overcoming scheduling conflicts by allowing me to create, send, and receive e-signatures efficiently, which is extremely beneficial. I appreciate the document editing features, which include signing, dating, and entering information manually, which are crucial for my business use. It integrates well with Google Docs, which I use frequently in my work processes. Navigating the website is easy, which contributes to my productivity by allowing me to get a lot done within PandaDoc.
