The UI is very user friendly, a lot of information can be put under each section and even can be customised.
Performance is great , as customer isgns it is in no time reflected.
integrations are great, it is attached to zendesk and when the cuistomer siogns , the doc needs not to open, it directly reflects completed that saves time
