What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Giving our customers an electronic signature option for estimates and maintenance contracts has created a convenience they have come to love and even request! They no longer have to print, sign, scan, and send a document. So it has taken what used to be four steps and created one effortless step. We love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I used Pandadoc for more than 3 years using their montlhy essentials plan. This month I decided i would use the offer to upgrade to the annual plan, after doing it I lose access to many features including one to download documents that have tables on it. And I`ve being using tables on my documents on hundreds of documents. And I can no longer roolback to the previous plan as it not offered anymore.

At no time I was given a notification that changing my plan to annual I was going to lose some essential features, I feel like i felt into a trap after being a loyal custumer for years.

I feel I can`t trust their app anymore, who knows if they will change their subscriptions plans again in the future and make me lose more others features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
