What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I have tried other e-sign sites before, but it gets very tedious to paste and it gets very messy. Pandadoc is so much user friendly and very affordable for what I need. I would definitely recommend 👌 and their customer service is very prompt and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Not much dislike, so far very pleased with the service. It is straight to the point and user friendly. If I have questions on certain functions, Panadoc customer service online has been very helpful to assist me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can see right away when documents are sent and when costumers are stuck on certain pages. I also love that you can save templates on there. If I am on the go, and using another device, i don't have to worry to find by blank contracts because i have thr templates on PandaDoc. Overall, so happy I don't need to use printer and scanners to have customers to sign back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worst E Signature Solution Ever"

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

Nothing. The worst software ever. Too slow. Defeats the purpose of automating signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I have been using Pandadoc for about 8 months and decided no to renew the subscription. This is extremely slow that it takes hours to do 1 document. It help is not avaialbel and they just open tickets and no one follows up. not easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
