Honorable mention (at the very least) for HighLevel. It's comprehensive marketing features can't be glossed over. Seems G2 isn't a GHL fan?

Keap ( a Thryv company) is my long time favorite for this purpose. Adding to its long success in the marketing automation space, segmenting and personalizing your marketing... it is now part of the Thryv group of companies that adds even more value with the integration of Thryv Marketing center to manage your Google My Business, local SEO and lead generation. This powerhouse combination will soon be making bigger waves in the marketing automation arena.

HubSpot is at the top here. I have used marketing automation platforms since 2003 and HubSpot is the best one for automating email/SMS campaigns. It's powerful, well supported, and easy to get end users productive.

I've also heard of Keap and SharpSpring, but G2 don't have product pages for these, but still good products worth mentioning.

HubSpot definitely gets my vote for this - by far and away the most functionality with the best ease of use.

One of the biggest pros of this platform is it's interconnectedness as an ecosystem for marketers. Everything from data enrichment, to analytics, and AI with ChatGPT integrations is designed to help make lives easier for busy marketers who can automate trivial stuff that takes hours.

I would summarize its usability as this - if you can think of something to be done in a better way, chances are you can do it that way within HubSpot which is not something you can say for the likes of Zoho or Salesforce necessarily.
