It just runs on its own in the background, making backups, which you can then very easily browse in your web browser on their panel - searching through them, selecting items to restore, and being able to restore them *in-place* - no more manually downloading a backup, picking out the files you need, and placing them back where they belong. Just tick a file and click "restore" and it just... appears where it's supposed to be!
