    "Excellent Product and Customer Service: Once you've learned how to use Conga, it becomes a very helpful tool. Conga is incredibly flexible, so more than likely you'll be able to accomplish any document-creation goals with it. Also, customer support is excellent. There are some helpful resources online for some simpler issues, but the Conga support staff are incredibly helpful if you need more assistance with anything."

    "Best of breed in its space, which is broader than proposals.: Qwilr is a great Apple-like product with great customer service. It just works and works very well, like a clean, elegant Apple app. It reminds me of Apple's iWeb: WYSIWYG, intuitive, and it just works the way it's supposed to. It's very stable. It has some great native integrations with the best apps in a number of functional categories, except for PayPal, as well as integration with the Zapier network for further integrations, making it an almost ideal hub for web content creation, storage, and publishing for your online documents. Qwilr has native integrations with Google Adwords, Google Maps, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Typeform, Calendly, Crisp, Pipedrive, Xero, and several others, as well as third-party integrations with the Zapier network of the most popular web apps."

    "A bulletproof sales closer: We are a training company with team members in far flung places. Proposify helps us co-ordinate our proposals in one place. We have built a body of templates and add ins for our various services too. Being in cloud allows us to collaborate on it as a remote team and then send the final version to the client. We are notified when a client is active on it. The client can also send questions and notes to us through Proposify. Proposify then calcs close/won by account manager. "

    "Great for repeat tasks: Templates make sending out consistent proposals. Tracking makes it very easy to see when they were open and by whom. I am able to have Paperless Proposal integrate with my CRM software and am able to track progress of different projects as they develop. I cover a large territory, and one thing that is VERY nice is if I am an a situation that does not require me to visit a client to drop off a submittal, I can send them a Paperless Proposal LINK, and not get in the car. The link is VERY important, as some of my proposals can be quite large, with high quality images, and be too large to send ans an attachment. Templates are where I like this product the most. I am able to utilize a few different templates, and get everything in order before I send them to the client, ensuring I miss nothing. "

    "A lot of great features, but missing a few quality of life features. : I love that you can duplicate quotes, this makes doing similar quotes way faster. It integrates really well with Connectwise which makes product conversions that much easier. The alert system that emails me when a quote is opened and approved is really nice for me since I am often not in the office. The PDF to the side of the quote is really nice when there is an issue with the clients receiving my emails. I can just download the PDF and send it as a attachment. This isn't the greatest way to do it, but I like that the option is available to me. I also love the mobility of the cloud platform. i can be at the office and work on a quote, then head home and bring that quote up instantly. Works great across platforms. "

    "RFP 360 is a huge time saver that allows me to bring efficiency to an otherwise inefficient process: The ability to task out questions and answers to other individuals across my company (or even external partners) really facilitates successful collaboration. I can make sure that certain teams (like marketing or security, for example) are routinely reviewing content that is old or in need of an update with a few clicks. I can identify which responses have received the most attention and determine why that is. Things are always changing and so it's nice to have the product also being proactively engaged in outreach. I also love how responsive the support and account teams have been. I am in sales and constantly on the phone, responding to questions and leading product calls. I understand the need for organization and responsiveness. I'm happy to say that my account manager works very closely with me to enable our success. She always answers my questions and will hop on a call to help me out when needed. "

    "Very visual and great for customer use.: The ability for customers to be able to go through and configure a product on their own so we can import that directly into an order without having to re-key. We have so many customers that love this new tool that we offered to them so they can build their products and see pricing change as they go through the process of building.
