What is PandaDoc, and what problem is it built to solve?

PandaDoc is an app for creating, delivering, and negotiating proposals quickly.

What languages does PandaDoc support?

PandaDoc supports 7 languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Polish, and others.

What company sizes and industries is PandaDoc the best fit for?

PandaDoc shows the strongest fit among small businesses, with mid-market and enterprise teams also represented. Positive reviewer profiles cluster in these segments and industries:
  • Company size: Small Business is most represented, followed by Mid-Market and Enterprise.
  • Industries: Information Technology and Services, Computer Software, Construction, Real Estate, and Financial Services are among the more represented fields.

How long does it take to implement PandaDoc across a team?

Teams can often get PandaDoc running in under a month, with some implementations taking longer. The reported go-live ranges include:
Time to go live Relative frequency
Under 1 month, including under 1 day Most common
1–3 months Also reported
3–6 months Less common
6–12 months Occasional

What customer support options does PandaDoc provide, and how do users find the overall support experience?

PandaDoc offers self-service resources, email and chat, and 24/7 live-rep support. The support experience is mixed: users describe responsive, helpful assistance, while others find it difficult to reach a person or get timely, clear resolution—particularly for account and billing concerns.

What is the experience like for teams switching to PandaDoc from another tool?

Switching to PandaDoc from e-signature tools and document editors such as DocuSign, Adobe products, and Word can bring proposal creation, signing, and tracking into a more unified workflow. Users value reusable templates, easier document preparation, visibility into status, and CRM connections; the transition itself is often described as straightforward, though setting up more complex templates or workflows can take some adjustment.

What tools and platforms does PandaDoc integrate with, and how do these integrations help users get more value from the product?

PandaDoc offers 62 integrations, and the connections users name span CRM, productivity, workflow, and payment tools:
  • CRM and sales: HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive.
  • Productivity and collaboration: Google Docs, Slack, and Airtable.
  • Support and workflow automation: Zendesk and Zapier.
  • Design and payments: Canva and Stripe.
These connections can bring customer and deal details into document workflows, reduce repeated data entry, and make it easier to track or move proposals and agreements through tools teams already use.

What features or capabilities could make PandaDoc even more useful?

PandaDoc could be more useful with greater control over document editing and more flexible workflow tools. Common improvement areas include:
  • Make document formatting and editing more flexible, especially for PDFs, tables, and imported files.
  • Simplify template and field setup, including more intuitive ways to manage variables and conditional logic.
  • Expand reporting so teams can better understand document statuses, activity, and outcomes.
  • Make workflow automation and approvals easier to configure for more complex processes.

How useful do PandaDoc users find its AI features in everyday use?

PandaDoc’s AI can be useful for getting document work started, especially when drafting or polishing text, summarizing agreement details, and placing fields. Users describe it as a time-saver when it produces a helpful first draft or quickly surfaces key information, but the output can be too general, inaccurate, or disruptive to document formatting, so it still needs human review.

Is PandaDoc considered safe and secure for handling data?

PandaDoc users describe it as a convenient way to send confidential documents and collect signatures, with signature records and audit trails helping them keep track of activity. Confidence in handling sensitive information is not uniform, though: concerns about document visibility and access controls make it worth checking that permissions and internal sharing settings match your requirements.

"Smooth, professional offer and onboarding workflows for Talent Acquisition"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I really like how easy it is to upload a document, see it immediately, and add signature, date, and text fields exactly where they’re needed. The alignment tools help everything look clean and professional, which matters a lot for candidate-facing documents. Document tracking is also a big win for me—I can see whether a document has been viewed, who viewed it, and where it is in the signing process, so I know when to follow up or send reminders to different signers. Being able to share a direct link via Slack or email makes it simple to coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders, and PandaDoc works well across devices so candidates can sign from almost anywhere. I’ve even used it while traveling in Costa Rica, and it felt just as smooth as working from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I wish it were easier to set and adjust the signing order, especially when there are multiple signers involved. I also wish that if a signer makes a minor mistake when filling out a document, I could have them redo just that section instead of needing to restart the entire document. I haven’t explored any direct integration with Breezy HR yet, and I’d be interested in learning more about how those tools could work together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Creation and Signing"
4/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

What I like most about PandaDoc is how simple it makes the entire document-signing process. It’s intuitive for both our team and our clients, and it lets us create professional proposals and contracts quickly, track document status in real time, and get notifications when recipients view or sign. Being able to use reusable templates, collect legally binding e-signatures, and automate reminders has greatly reduced manual follow-up and helped us finalize agreements faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

One area that could be improved is document editing and formatting. Although the templates are very useful, making layout adjustments can sometimes feel less flexible than in a traditional word processor. It would also help to have more advanced reporting and analytics, simpler management for large template libraries, and more intuitive controls when updating documents that have already been sent. At times, the notification system can generate more emails than necessary, which makes it harder to spot the most important updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Efficient Document Management with Templates, E-Signatures, and Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

Simple and efficient it makes creating, sending and managing documents and agreements. Having templates, e-signatures and document tracking all in one place saves a lot of administrative time, while the ability to see when documents have been viewed or completed makes it much easier to keep on top of follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

One drawback is that some of the more advanced features can feel less intuitive and take time to learn, particularly when creating or editing more complex templates. It can also sometimes feel like there are more steps than necessary for making small changes to documents that have already been created. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Signing with Strong Tracking, but Needs Better Safeguards"
4/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I find PandaDoc very easy to use, with intuitive features. I like that I can route documents and message clients, making it easier to follow up and get things signed off. It’s flexible, with integrations for Salesforce and HubSpot, and workflows through email or a CRM. I also like that signature and field lines are available to help coordinate internal and client signatures, even though I usually add them manually. I can see how many times a client has viewed a document and whether it has been changed or routed, which helps keep both sides accountable. Routing documents for internal sign-offs and getting finance to review and approve them is also helpful. Setup was very easy; it took me around 30 minutes to understand the routing, and PandaDoc is effective most of the time. I think it’s a really good document-signature tool for small and medium-sized businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I wish PandaDoc were better at understanding what a document means and where fields should go, with more sensitivity to differences across markets and cultures. The signing-order option should be more prominent, with safeguards before sending; if I don’t turn it on, the document goes to everyone in the thread. For some larger companies, the email that triggers a PandaDoc assignment can take time to arrive or land in spam or junk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless HubSpot Integration with PandaDoc"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I really like the HubSpot integration with PandaDoc; that’s the biggest piece for me. I appreciate how it can pull all my tokens and information from a HubSpot deal quickly and seamlessly build everything into an agreement. I also like that PandaDoc shows me when my prospects have engaged with the documents, which helps me stay on top of follow-ups. Overall, it saves me a ton of time because it’s fast and easy to use. The way everything works together with PandaDoc, including Claude code and HubSpot, is also really impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

It'd be nice if the API was a full MCP that could communicate with Claude code and give more insights without having to download a PDF. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"PandaDoc: Cost-Effective, Intuitive, and Seamlessly Integrated"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

PandaDoc is a comprehensive tool that's both cost-effective and extremely tech-capable. It integrates deeply into our tech stack, making it easy to automate workflows. The team can get up and running with it really quickly, and we don't experience deliverability issues with our customers. The cost-to-value ratio here is just incredibly good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I don't think there's anything that's not intuitive or useful in the product. I've really never had any issues with PandaDoc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Contract Management with Stellar Usability"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

PandaDoc is so easy to use, and I love the ease it brings. All the stuff is easy to work with, and my clients and vendors appreciate the ease of use too. I love the workspaces feature as it helps keep each branch on their own, allowing me to keep templates and documents with the branch, so there's no confusion or duplicates. The initial setup was also extremely easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The updated features are not always communicated effectively in terms of their impact on workflow. I'd prefer more than just a high-level view; screenshots showing each step and how things looked before versus after the update would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Intuitive, and Customizable for Digital Documents"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I like that PandaDoc is very easy to use, and if I need to make a correction in my document, it is possible, ensuring everything is in order. I also love that I can customize the fields in my documents. It's a great tool for tracking documents and checking when they are read and when they have been signed. Additionally, no training is needed to use the platform, as it guides the experience, and the initial setup was extremely simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

I would like to be able to use the platform according to my Spanish language, as I currently only use it because I can speak English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for remote signing and automated intake"
5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

So much of my work is remote now, so clients aren't physically in my office. This system keeps on them until they sign. Panda Doc has the best AI assistant that I have encountered. It reduced preparation time greatly, and my intake questionnaire process is now fully automated and I don't have to do anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The painful part about Form Design is that I am older and so it takes me longer to do things right. I also haven't used analytics, and if I had more time, I would delve into that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth File Integration, Fast Support, and a Feasible UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about PandaDoc?

The file integration process is smooth, and the user interface is feasible, but it can be improved, the support team is quick. Regarding AI I see need some betterment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Account creation process.

As employee who onboard, the account creation completes after their acceptance, which slow down our internal activity to invite member to created workspace by respective team.

So we spend double efforts. Invite a user to "Welcome" workspace and wait until user accept and account is created with licence activated.

Here, in general, the services should be started in time before user joined with necessary enabled, and it should be a formal login to service via an SSO or from an integration application.

But here we work on second time to invite users to other workspaces created internally, this can be avoided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
