Overall, it integrates well with our process and is something I use regularly without any hassle. **What do you dislike about Indeed Smart Sourcing?** Sometimes the candidate results feel a bit limited, especially for niche roles, and the matching could be more accurate. The platform works fine overall, but a smoother layout and slightly faster loading would make the experience much better. Other than that, it’s generally okay. **What problems is Indeed Smart Sourcing solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me find relevant candidates much faster and reduces the time spent on manual searching.
