**What do you like best about ihiring.ai?**

I was invited for a role I applied to at an Ohio-based product company. I received the interview invite over email and on my phone as well, which included all the information about the job position, the meeting link, and even timely reminders those actually helped a lot. Ihiring's AI interviewer "SAM" voice didn’t sound robotic or a bot, and it made the whole thing way less stressful than I expected. I also liked that way it explained the conceptual question and gave me a bit of time to think before answering, so I could collect my thoughts and give more logical responses instead of rushing. Overall, it just felt comfortable to use, which I honestly didn’t feel on other similar platforms.

**What do you dislike about ihiring.ai?**

In this interview I haven't noticed anything.

As far as my observation ihiring.ai is mainly solving the problem of long, back-and-forth interview scheduling and making the first screening round a lot easier for both candidates and companies.
Instead of waiting for someone to set up a call, I could just complete the interview on my own time, which honestly saved me a lot of stress.
For me personally, it was helpful because the platform was simple to use, the AI voice felt more human than I expected, and I had enough time to think before answering. It made the whole process smoother and way less intimidating compared to other platforms I’ve tried.

**What do you like best about ihiring.ai?**

I appreciate their interview scheduling feature, which allows me to take my interview directly on the platform with the AI interviewer, SAM. The experience felt remarkably similar to being interviewed by a real person, even though it was actually conducted by a human-like AI. 

The interview process was smooth and highly relevant to the requirements of the role. The questions asked during the interview genuinely surprised me, as they were thought-provoking and closely resembled those from an actual hiring team. I also received feedback from SAM during the interview, which helped put me at ease. 

Overall, my experience with the platform was excellent.

I was received meeting details via notification/ reminder regarding the interview scheduled on ihiring platform with AI interviewer "SAM".
Logging in was straight forward no hiccups. 
Interview felt like having real conversation with real human unlike the other traditional platforms where  I have given my interview
During interview "SAM" gave me time to think and also helped in understanding the question by rephrasing and explain the question. 
Provided feedbacks during the interview to make the interview more conversational to know my core skills and experience as per the requirements felt like real hiring team interviewing.
During the interview there was a network issue, but it still handled it with ease without any issue.
The best feature was giving the interview when I was free as per my free schedule and rephrasing the questions and giving feedbacks which really made me feel encouraging

Too smart than an real recruiter/hiring team. Made me ask questions to an AI in an conversing way

With ease, the AI interviewer SAM interviewed me same as a 1:1 human-like interviewer would interview me.
I have called for two different types of interviews screening interview and hiring team panel style interview.
I had a positive experience interacting with AI Interviewer “SAM,” finding the process encouraging and seamless. I was able to schedule call after working hours. Received notifications regarding the interview. I like the way SAM rephrased the questions during the interview and provided meaningful feedback for my responses, which truly made me feel it way dynamic based on the situation and context.
I felt like it saved lot of my time, energy from reaching out TA and HR regarding the interview process.
Overall, I feel it’s making the process faster for both candidates and organizations without compromising with the quality.

The features which I like about ihiring: 
* Scheduling was very straight forward and self explanatory. 
* Received invites and remainders both before and after scheduling the interview, including a notification 15 minutes prior to the interview.
* Interview with AI interviewer Sam felt like  giving interview to a actual human and the encouraging feedbacks made me feel at ease.  
* The way the interview was driven, very smooth and super relevant as per the core skill requirement by the client. Joined the interview with hesitation and was little skeptic but once the interview started it felt like giving interview to the hiring team. 
* The questions really tested my real time experience, analytical thinking, my problem solving methods. 
* The support team quickly helped me with the logging issue.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would love to give my future interviews on this platform as it made me feel comfortable.

Overall, the platform worked really well. It would have been great if there are more customization options like live transcript color options.

**What do you like best about ihiring.ai?**

Honestly, the whole experience felt very easy comparatively to any other interview I’ve given before which were traditional and a system conducted which was not dynamic and very chat bot based and not friendly.

But the ihiring’s AI interviewer SAM is a game changer because it’s human like dynamic and truly made me feel that I was having a real conversation with a human like any normal hiring team interview. The flow of questions were very relevant to JD and my resume provided skill set the conversation was natural and I didn’t have to wait for long pauses or weird delays. It almost felt like I was speaking to a real person who actually listened.

The follow-up questions indeed felt like unlocking my though process which usually happens in hiring team interviews, and I like that it really understood what I was saying. 

I was surprised and really didn’t expect to get a feedback from SAM during interview which made me more comfortable and let me explain my thoughts better with out nervousness.

The interface was easy to use, simple and self explanatory. Accessed via chrome, and the instructions were clear. It kept me focused on the interview rather than stressing about the setup.

Overall, I walked away feeling that the platform actually gave me a fair chance to present myself, without the usual pressure of traditional interviews.

Nothing as such, probably need to explore more but would love to see more future version and where it goes.

a. The process of  scheduling and rescheduling the interview was flexible and easy.
 b. I was notified and reminded via email and sms.
 c. The video interview platform UI/UX was  very lite and easy to use.
 d. Interview with ihiring's SAM was one of the best  interview conversation where I           haven't  felt nervous at least once.
 e. The way SAM re-phrased questions and provided feedback through out the interview was one of the best part.
 f. During the interview I faced network issue, at that time SAM didn't leave or end the call but waited for me until my network was stable and I rejoined the call and continued from the last conversation.

**What do you like best about ihiring.ai?**

I recently went through an interview process that used ihiring.ai, and honestly, it was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had so far.
Scheduling was very easy. Instead of the usual back-and-forth mails, I could just pick a time slot that worked for me. The reminders also helped so I didn’t have to keep checking my calendar all the time.

The AI interview screening was quite different from other platforms I’ve seen. The questions didn’t feel rigid  they changed a bit depending on how I answered, which made the process feel more natural. It was less like ticking boxes and more like an actual conversation.

Another thing I liked was the option to ask for clarification if a question wasn’t clear. In most traditional online assessment interviews, you just have to guess and move on, but here I could get a bit of context before answering. That made me feel the system was fair and actually cared about how candidates perform.
Overall, I felt the interview process was structured but still comfortable. It gave me confidence that my skills were being properly looked at, not just judged on fixed templates. For me as a candidate, that really made a big difference.

I have given interview for AI Product based organisation where they are using ihiring to screen and interview the applicants for short listing. Firstly,  I was surprised that they were using AI interviewer to evaluate the candidates. My key observations were I was able to schedule the screening and interview time when I was free during my off hours. The other best part were AI interviewer “SAM” dynamically conducted the entire interview process which included testing my core skills and experience through follow up questions. The way the interview was conducted I felt like I was being interviewed by an actual human.  The constant feedback  during the interview from SAM was one of the best aspect. My final take on this is, it was a positive experience.

This platform offers a seamless interview scheduling and notification process, including flexible rescheduling options. My interview experience, aligned with the client’s specific requirements, was smooth and well-structured.
The platform’s features effectively eliminated some of the common challenges which I have faced in the traditional interview formats, Sam focused on the required core skill sets along with behavioral and cultural fit. As a candidate with substantial experience in technical interviews, I can confidently state that the interview quality on this platform is on par with conventional processes.

Additionally, the AI interviewer, Sam, provided clear and concise guidance regarding the role’s expectations and answered my queries effectively, enhancing the overall experience.

The platform interface is very easy and user friendly to use and work with.

The features and functionality is helping us to handle the recruitment and hiring process with ease.

We like how the entire flow is designed and works which is very straight forward to implement, the platform auto reviews the resumes to sort the best with our jd requirements, inviting candidate’s to schedule the interview when ever they are free or giving us leverage to invite candidates to take the interview at a particular date and time, provides option to select or build the interview phase for  IT and non IT roles (core skill questions, behavioural and situational questions during interview), human like AI interviewer SAM conducts interview screening and advance hiring team type interview for us to forward the top 5 - 10 candidates from pool of 600+ candidates, generates detailed interview report in ihiring dashboard and integrates into our ATS as-well.
The report provides all the important elements and their talent management feature helps to cross check candidates historical information which adds extra layer to move right candidates forward faster.

Our overall time, and resources were cut by 60%.

Would be great if in future background check feature is available.

1) Given 2 interviews on ihiring platform related to dynamic AI interview core skill screening as well as advanced panel style interview. 
2) Scheduling was on point. No issues with conflicting or overlapping. Allowed customised timing set up for interview.
3) Notifications and reminders sent on time.
4) User experience was great and did not glitch at any point during the call.
5) Flow of interview along with appropriate questions related to core, behavioural and soft skill to assess competency.

I like the way it handles the ATS integration very smoothly and giving the ability to candidates and for us to schedule the screening and advance interview at flexible timings , we can set up the interview process with candidate to take the interview at ihiring's human like AI interviewer SAM. It helped us in saving almost close to 65% of our overall time, resources and effort to find the right candidate for the specific job role and it helping us to validate candidates overall experience and work history.  As a frequent user, I really appreciate how informative the dashboard as it provides all the necessary data points to easily select candidates for invited interviews and the customer support has been great so far whenever we needed help. Overall the platform is very light and user friendly to screen and interview candidates with the help of human like AI interviewer SAM.
