"Zia AI Recommendations Make Zoho Recruit Enterprise a Winner"

What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

What we value most is Zia AI’s candidate recommendations in the Enterprise plan. They help our HR recruiters identify applicants who appear more closely matched to a role and prioritise their reviews. Having used both Standard and Enterprise during our four months with Zoho Recruit, this assistance is the main reason we prefer Enterprise. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

We have not encountered any significant issues during our four months of using Zoho Recruit. The main limitation for our needs is that Standard does not provide the Zia AI assistance we value in Enterprise. Zoho Recruit helps our HR team assess applicants and identify candidates who are suitable for open roles at BagginsHQ. In the Enterprise plan, Zia AI’s recommendations help recruiters prioritise candidates who appear more closely matched to each position. This makes candidate review easier while leaving the final assessment with our recruiters.
