AI Chatbot Slows Support, and Limited Vendor Options Cause Ongoing Issues
I appreciate the ability to keep all the hiring steps in one format and one location. I'm no longer trying to track 400 paper applications, interview notes, and hiring documents. My managers are able to use the same interview questions for each candidate, make notes and share information between users. Fewer details get lost in the shuffle between management and HR.
