What do you like best about Zoho Recruit?

Zoho Recruit makes it easy to manage job openings, candidates and recruitment workflows in one place. I particularly like the candidate tracking and application management features, which make it easier to follow progress through different hiring stages. The interface is generally straightforward, and the ability to customise workflows gives us flexibility without making the day-to-day process overly complicated. What do you dislike about Zoho Recruit?

Some of the settings and advanced features can take time to learn, and certain options are not always easy to find at first. The interface could be simplified in a few areas to make navigation quicker. What problems is Zoho Recruit solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho Recruit helps us keep job openings, applications and candidate information in one organised system instead of managing different parts of recruitment separately. It gives us better visibility of where candidates are in the hiring process and makes it easier to track recruitment activity.
