Airbase lets you submit receipts for reimbursement! So if you go on a business trip and buy a coffee, you can take a picture, upload it to Airbase, and the system will scan it, note down the vendor, how much you spent, what category it goes into, and let you fill in the rest. Then you submit for final approval. 

It makes submitting expenses super straightforward and easy.
