"From interview to client submittal in 3 minutes: what I show every recruiter I train"
5/5
What do you like best about Jarvi?

The part of recruitment nobody teaches is after the interview: notes, then the candidate summary for the client. For me it was 20 to 30 min per candidate, and I see the same with the recruiters I train. With the note taker the summary is ready when the call ends, then the submittal prepares the branded CV and the email for the client. I reread, fix 2 or 3 things and send, about 3 minutes in total. In training it's the moment people react the most, they don't believe it until they try it on their own call. Merci to the team for the quick answers when I prepare a session. What do you dislike about Jarvi?

The default submittal template is a bit formal for my taste, it took me time to adapt it to my style. And some candidates refuse to be recorded, then you are back to manual notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
