Greenhouse is mainly an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) used to manage candidates and hiring pipelines. It does have some CRM-like features for building talent pools and engaging potential candidates, but it’s not a traditional CRM like Salesforce.

Is more than that! Is an ATS that has a CRM to add prospects. But what makes Greenhouse different is that everything is focused on recruiting, but using sales tools.
