"User-Friendly ATS That Speeds Candidate Reviews and Communication"

What do you like best about Hireology?

I love how user-friendly it is. My workflow has improved because it makes it quicker and easier to review candidates, communicate with them, update dispositions, and more. I also love that their contact info is at the top and easy to see and find. And I really appreciate having the SMS option in addition to email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hireology?

I dislike that they don’t offer an internal career site option; that feels like a crucial missing piece. I’d also like to see a snapshot of each person’s most current role (job title and years) next to their name. Having that quick view would let me review candidates faster, instead of needing to click in and open every single resume each time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?

It makes the application process very simple and easy for our candidates, which in turn improves the overall experience for our new employees. Customer service is great as well—always on top of things and quick to respond. Overall, Hireology is a great ATS. I just wish it were an all-encompassing HRIS/payroll platform too, instead of having to partner with another company and sync candidates over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
