**What do you like best about Talin?**

Talin has been an excellent addition to my recruiting tech stack, with an intuitive, easy-to-use platform that made onboarding and daily use smooth. Their customer support has also been a standout, with a responsive team that feels genuinely invested in my success. On top of that, they’re clearly growing and consistently rolling out new features, which gives me confidence the product will keep improving over time

I'm quite satisfied with Talin. There is nothing at this point that I do not like

**What problems is Talin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s solving our “manual grind” problem by automating a lot of the repetitive BD and recruiting work so you can spend more time actually talking to clients and candidates. In practice, that means it helps you build and run outbound campaigns faster, reuse successful messaging, and stay on top of follow-ups without living in spreadsheets and tabs all day. The net effect is higher productivity per hour

**What do you like best about Talin?**

I have to say it's a tie between the ease of use and the support.  Timely and helpful support is rare in the SaaS world and Talin's is the best.  They have continuous updates to an already amazing tool.

**What do you dislike about Talin?**

I think this is on their roadmap, but the ability to learn your "voice" when creating outreach content will be terrific..

**What problems is Talin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scale and time management.  Talin allows us to deploy both candidate outreach and client marketing campaigns in minutes.  So easy to use.  It puts our team in front of more people doing what they do best. And the bang for your buck is spot on.  It's also one of the best tools for integrating into our existing CRM/ATS.

**What do you like best about Talin?**

What I like best about Talin is the speed. It has dramatically reduced the time it takes me to source candidates and get a role out to market. The AI gets me up and running quickly when sourcing, giving me a strong starting point so I'm not starting from scratch on every search. For a recruiter, time is everything

**What do you dislike about Talin?**

The navigation could use some work. Everything displays clearly, but it's not always obvious how to get back to where you were. When you're moving quickly through a search or workflow, that friction adds up.

**What problems is Talin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talin solves the speed and efficiency problem in recruiting. Getting a role sourced and out to market quickly is one of the biggest challenges in recruitment, and Talin addresses that directly. The AI gives me a strong starting point for candidate sourcing so I'm not building from zero every time, and the overall platform speed means less time spent on the mechanical side of recruiting. The result is that I can move faster on roles without cutting corners — which is a direct benefit to both my clients and my candidates.

**What do you like best about Talin?**

New features released on an ongoing basis, always trying to improve. Works in a very logical way, it's simple. Customer support is excellent (especially if on US time zone). Setup is quick and easy.

**What do you dislike about Talin?**

You have to do everything through LinkedIn to gain advantage of all of the features. If more CRM aligned, setting up is a little painful. Not many CRM's are setup for integration unless with a big one.

Gives me back tens of hours a month. LinkedIn automation.

Talin' performance has increased our outreach both from a recruiting side and marketing campaign side.  We have been very impressed with the response.  We are in Talin every day.  If ever we have questions, support is very responsive.

Still coming up top speed on the system.  The enrichment of contact information could be faster.

I particularly like the simple, non-buggy UI and the intuitive nature of Talin. The simplistic way of using the product makes my workflow really quick and predictable. I also had a very easy setup experience with Talin, with excellent onboarding, including great instructions and support from customer service.

**What do you dislike about Talin?**

There aren't really too many areas I think could be enhanced. Perhaps a bit more personalisation in terms of message messaging sent out (but thats a tiny thing). Further personalisation around greetings, time of day, etc would be useful.

I use Talin for outreach in my recruitment activities. It makes my workflow quick, predictable, and non-problematic.

**What do you like best about Talin?**

I like that Talin is one platform that handles messages across different channels. I also like the automated feature and the AI tool, which shortlist candidates according to match to the role. That's really a very powerful feature. Additionally, typically, shortlisting candidates is a tricky task and takes a long time. With that tool, it's full of automated. It summarizes the LinkedIn profile so I don't have to go through it and matches it automatically to the position description or job description, which is very handy. The initial setup was pretty easy since we had an amazing customer service officer who ran us through a demo and explained everything to us, so it worked extremely well.

**What do you dislike about Talin?**

I found that sometimes the message flow and how you set this up is probably a bit less intuitive. But then again, it's still easy and works really well.

**What problems is Talin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Talin connects me with talent and follows up automatically. It consolidates message handling across channels and uses AI to automate the shortlisting of candidates, saving time by summarizing LinkedIn profiles and matching them to job descriptions.

**What do you like best about Talin?**

Talin is awesome for business development outreach and MPCs. It integrates natively with LI Recruiter, lets you build outreach contact lists, and supports multi-channel outreach. You can basically set it and forget it, then keep adding to it as you go. It’s super easy to use, has a clean UI, and most importantly, the results speak for themselves. We’ve signed several new clients across the team. Amazing tool.

**What do you dislike about Talin?**

It’s more of an Outlook issue, mainly around send limits and overall volume. It sounds like I can work around it by adding different mailboxes; I haven’t tried that yet, but I’m going to give it a whirl.

None so far. It does not have all of the fancy reporting that other platforms do, but that doesn't matter for us only results matter

Find hiring managers and candidates in one platform and it will also find contact data phone and emails. It allowed us to eliminate zoom info.

I love the efficiency gains it provides, allowing me to automate processes while still keeping them personalized and controlling sequencing. Talin automates the shortlisting process by matching profiles to prospective clients, saving time and minimizing the manual process that MPC normally requires. The setup was seamless, and I value the integration with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Talin has a very clean user interface and integrates well with our database. What stands out though, is their customer service. Any questions I’ve had have been answered within minutes, and their support team is easy to reach. They’ve been responsive and consistently accommodating with any requests.

I don't think there is any major problems, it's worked well so far, and any minor questions or adjustments have been handled quickly by the support team.

**What do you like best about Talin?**

The simplicity of the offering. We are constantly bombarded with similar offerings, most of which are very cumbersome, but not Talin. Talin's interface and usability are perfect, and the process is easily streamlined. The benefits instantly impacted our business, both from obtaining new clients and sourcing strong candidates.

Adding Talin to our process/systems was very easy. Multiple team members use Talin daily to help engage with prospective clients and candidates.

If/when we have questions, they respond promptly and always go the extra mile to help us.

**What do you dislike about Talin?**

There is nothing I could say about Talin that isn't positive.

**What problems is Talin solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hardest part of our job is consistently being infront of decision makers in hopes of gaining new business. I hear from multiple people daily that I've pipelined with Talin, some of whom I added to projects within the last week and some months ago.  It helps me stay relevant with the right people!

This is not a dislike - more of a desire - When you run a connection campaign, I wish there was a way to segment new connections by a specific timeframe, maybe per week.
