What do you like best about Greenhouse?

A few key things:

- the UI/UX is clean and easy to navigate for both admins and interviewers

- love the response to the massive upswing in fraudulent applicants; the ID tool is invaluable

- everything for the most part is easily customizable

- the platform's integration with third parties (e.g., Linked

in, Docusign, Metaview, etc.) are super easy and work as advertised

- their support is prompt and professional Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

- setting up and assigning hiring managers is non-intuitive; multi-multi-step process

- some fields can be difficult to deal with in terms of formatting

- more integrations with Slack would be great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?

Dealing with frauds has become a major issue. Their ID tool is a great screen and is saving me tons of time and frustration.

Integrations with other platforms is also a great time saver.
