What do you like best about Paylocity?

What I like best about Paylocity is how user-friendly it is and how it keeps payroll and HR information all in one place. I can process payroll, review employee hours, make changes, run reports, and access employee information without having to use several different systems. I also like the employee self-service features because employees can view their paystubs, tax information, and personal information themselves. What do you dislike about Paylocity?

The only issue I have with Paylocity that I have run into with the short time that I have been using this platform is that certain reports can be confusing or require extra customization to get the information that I actually need. I also feel that the system can sometimes be less user-friendly when handling more detailed reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Paylocity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Paylocity solves the problem of having payroll and HR information scattered across different systems or handled manually. It gives me one centralized platform to manage employee information, process payroll, review time and attendance, run reports, and make payroll changes. This benefits me because it saves time, keeps information more organized, reduces the chance of errors, and makes it easier for me to manage payroll accurately and efficiently. It also allows employees to access things like paystubs and tax documents on their own, which reduces some of the questions and requests that would normally come directly to me.
