What do you like best about Juicebox?

Juicebox is great for recruiters and teams that have a budget and need immediate sourcing horsepower. I work at a small company of 12, so purchasing LinkedIn Recruiter would be a huge commitment for us. Juicebox felt easier to commit to because it’s month-to-month, and LinkedIn doesn’t offer that.

The UI is simple and gives you the information you need, and the overall UX is very user-friendly. There aren’t a bunch of junk screens or unnecessary extras that get in the way.

It integrates with Gmail/Google Calendar and your ATS if you get the Corporate version. I had no issues getting it set up and ready within minutes.

I really like how effective the AI search is: you type a few things, and it quickly pulls the profiles you’re looking for. The ability to use an agent that sources for you is also an excellent feature. Having profiles waiting for you each day is especially helpful and gives you a boost to get sourcing started.

Because I already have a lot of knowledge around tools, I didn’t onboard with a specialist right away. That said, I plan to grab their time once I’ve used the tool for a few weeks so I have a better sense of how to optimize my usage of Juicebox.

Overall, it performs very well out of the box, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. The best part is being able to use it immediately with little to no effort. The metrics I can send to my team are also very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Juicebox?

I've only been a user of Juicebox for a week, so it's hard to say what I dislike.

I suppose there should be some leeway between adding someone to a sequence and sending right away. I could of course set the option to send at a later time/date but to be able to recognize a mistake and get out of sending that particular sequence would be beneficial. What problems is Juicebox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our team was struggling to find candidates with limited resources. Being able to plug and play Juicebox and source handfuls of candidates at a time has been beneficial to our small team.

Being able to use AI to source for me and come up with candidates while I sleep has been a great feature. I'm a one person recruiting team and have other projects and tasks to accomplish. So being able to have an agent do the work has saved our team and company a lot of time.

I'm saving multiple hours having to dig through each and every candidate, but the AI is able to bring those candidates to the top of the pile so it's easier for me to save time and look through those that are most likely to fill the role, instead of just guessing.

Providing us with multiple details as well has helped with buy-in with hiring managers. We're considering the corporate version to get more data on candidates and benchmark where and who we should be looking at. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
