The migration process was well-coordinated by the Recooty team, which made data import relatively easy.

The customer support could be a bit fast; it's quite slow. The response time is 12-24 hours, and a quicker response would be good.

The MCP was promised in their roadmap but it's still not available as modern-day use cases require MCP and automation service. It should be made available.

The free trial has limited functions.
There’s no functionality for testing candidate skills (like coding tests or assessments), or for scoring/ranking applicants based on fit — which many modern ATS tools offer natively or through integrations.

I started using recooty just very recently, I started with the very transparent 14 day free trial which gave me much insight and clairty on the software. This made me seal the deal with recooty and will be using to continue recruiting more agents for my business. I highly recommend you check out recooty and what they have to offer.

One thing I disliked was the customer support, they do answer your questions or resolve your needs quickly but there is currently no phone number to call.

The problem of having to be in every recruiting softwares and having to post over and over and pay around $75 dollars a day for a post.

**What do you like best about Recooty?**

Getting your job posts built and out into the world is easy and fast. Also adding some vetting criteria and embedding all this on your website was easy.

**What do you dislike about Recooty?**

There is ZERO ability to intigrate with any communication tools.  Meaning any communication between your recruiter and an applicant has to be tracked outside of Recooty. Along with this you can not intigrate Zoom or Teams for virtual interviews making their scheduling feature not useful. Finally on their entry level package there is no ability to export your data. So once you even try them out your data is stuck. Making for a major compliance issue for any company. 

Luckily we found you can export your resumes but any additional data you gather will have to be mainually exported.

The tool could be solid, but the issue is that they are under an acceptable MVP for US business use. It took our team a large effort to handle the manually data transfer into a new system which any savings we thought we received by using them was wiped away. 

Our suggestion is to wait for a few more updates to happen before you jump in with Recooty.

We had a large amount of staff we needed to hirer quickly and was looking for a streamlined ATS to support our need. 

We were able to launch quickly which was great, but then found so many issues that we had to cancel after one month.

Being a recruiter one of the biggest challange is to get the right people at the right time for the job opening in the company and recooty made it easy for me with the several simple functionalities and easy to use dashboard. Even a fresher in a company can post job, get candidates from there and manage communication.

Sometime not every profiles I get from recooty may enhance but however productwise there is no such issue with the recooty and I would like to recommend this to all the HRs and recruiter.

Recooty is ground-breaking software that manages all aspect of hiring, including placing job ads on several sites, monitoring applications, and setting up interviews. It is very simple to use and saves a tonne of time and work. The nicest thing about Recooty is that jobs submitted there will appear on Google

For Recooty, I would like to see more sophisticated features as well as a mobile app. The job listings dont seem to have been posted on all websites, especially Indeed and Glassdoor. Im not sure why this is, though. Im relieved to learn that the posting was accepted on other regional platforms.

**What problems is Recooty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Posting jobs on numerous platforms and establishing connections with qualified people have both been made easier by Recooty. Not only has it saved me a tonne of time, but it has also turned out to be reasonably priced over time. I wholeheartedly recommend Recooty to any business seeking to simplify their hiring procedure and draw in top talent. It provides an all-encompassing solution that is very cost-effective and offers great value. Dont be reluctant to give it a shot and see the outcomes for yourself.
