Job diva is very helpful in terms of mail merging and also it has a lot of filters which help us to find more suitable candidates as per the client requirements for each different location and positions. It is also helpful to find candidates not only with zip code but with state code as well. There are multiple useful filters such as job title section, require section, exclude section, customer support.
