   Virtual career fair platforms help businesses and other organizations host live online events that connect job seekers with employers. These platforms manage the entire lifecycle of virtual hiring events, from registering job seekers to delivering post-event analytics reports. By hosting virtual career fairs, also known as virtual job fairs, recruiters can efficiently attract and screen larger numbers of candidates, helping save time compared to other methods of in-person recruiting. Individual companies can host their own virtual career fairs, but these platforms are also used for virtual job fairs put on by trade associations, colleges and universities, workforce development agencies, and other organizations.

Virtual career fair software has many of the same features found in [virtual event platforms](https://www.g2.com/categories/virtual-event-platforms). However, the latter products tend to be designed to host virtual conferences, networking events, trade shows, and company meetings, rather than recruiting events.
