Not working?  We have never experienced a situation where Paylocity is "not working".  We found Paylocity to be completely reliable in all areas!

The main reason would be customer service. The response time is long, different answers from different people, not answering the entire question, coming up with time consuming solutions. The second part is the system is not flexible. I do not think we have many abnormal things, but if it differs a little from what they have, it can not be done or the work around is cumbersome. They have a lot of improvements happening, however when you are not told about them or how to use them, it really doesn't help.

This is a vastly broad question, although I do know where you're coming from. It seems a little more often than necessary, that Paylocity is "down" or simply not loading. From my times speaking to them, this happens time to time and they are working on it. Otherwise, basics like checking your connection and being in a Chrome browser are my first troubleshoots.
