"A strong outbound and team-level operating system for recruiters"
What do you like best about Humanly?

We use Humanly in a scaling tech environment to support outbound recruiting and sourcing campaigns, and I was involved in the decision-making and setup, and am also involved in the day-to-day usage by my team and me.

What stands out most is how much it simplified outbound outreach. Being able to reach candidates without having their direct contact info, combined with built-in email sequencing, removed a lot of manual work and friction for recruiters. For teams doing outbound at scale, it really functions like a CRM - in practice, it felt closer to a “HubSpot for recruiters” than a traditional sourcing tool.

Beyond individual productivity, it's also very strong for me from a leadership perspective. The visibility into outreach activity and results made it way easier to understand what is actually happening across the team, spot gaps, and make decisions based on data rather than intuition. What do you dislike about Humanly?

What do you like best about Humanly?

Humanly has been great in make our recruiting process so much easier. Being able to implement it as a supplement to our initial phone screen process. Also the system is pretty quick in responding to candidates which is nice. It's able to handle a large pipeline since we use it for a 24/7 daily occurence. Haven't had any major issues on my end, but have been able to get any moments resolved quickly and also integrate my calendar after candidates pass the screening process. What do you dislike about Humanly?

The only issue that I may have encountered was being tagged to multiple workflows/recruiting question that weren't specific. For example, great when weeding out for two different jobs, but if there are more than 2 choices than it's hard to break down candidates into more buckets than 2. What do you like best about Humanly?

I’ve been a long-time user of Teamable, going back to its TopFunnel days, and it just keeps getting better. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that continues to improve. One of the standout features is the reporting metrics, which have been instrumental in helping us create and refine our DEI initiatives. Additionally, the drip campaign functionality has been a game-changer for reaching and engaging top talent in the market. Overall, Teamable has become an essential tool for our recruiting efforts, and it’s exciting to see the consistent enhancements they make. What do you dislike about Humanly?

Not too much not to like. If i had to nitpick, the reporting part, you need to know where to naviagte to get the specific content you are looking for otherwise it can get a bit tricky at first glance. What do you like best about Humanly?

Humanly brings the ability to have more hands and do more things. I've used the Teamable product for years, even back before they were rebranded. There's nothing more I ask my recruiting leaders for then this product. From using the product, which is very intuitive and user friendly, to the customer support that responds within minutes of any request.

The products themselves are plug and play and easy to implement. The team will guide you through every step and support you after things are set up. Everything is a chrome extension that is very easily accessible and useable. What do you like best about Humanly?

Humanly's system has improved over the years with more functionality and customization options with AI features built in. The outreach system to prospects and email finding is great, and has been a valuable tool for our business and clients. I have appreciated how seamlessly it schedules candidates and puts them on the calendar. Humanly is very straightforward and easy to use, I use it daily. I have found it easey to get in contact with a representative for assistance. What do you dislike about Humanly?

I am not an administrator (my director is in charge of changing things) so I am unsure if this already is a feature but I would appreciate if humanly had a choice to only be scheduled in half blocks so that other serivices like calendly, by hand etc. can schedule. Big fan here of the product and team, so my praise is going to be high :-)

I love how Humanly automates the initial candidate engagement, screening, and scheduling—it’s like having an extra team member dedicated to the early stages of recruiting. It saves us so much time by quickly filtering out unqualified candidates, allowing us to focus on the top talent. The integration with our ATS and calendars is seamless, and the AI-driven insights provide valuable data on our hiring patterns and areas for improvement. Plus, the customizable chat workflows allow us to create personalized, on-brand candidate experiences, which really sets us apart.
