**What do you like best about Humanly?**

We use Humanly as part of our high-volume caregiver hiring model, and it has been a meaningful improvement to our front-end candidate experience and screening process.

The Humanly team has been responsive and collaborative as we’ve worked through more complex use cases. 

Overall, Humanly has been a strong partner in helping us modernize and scale our hiring process while keeping the candidate experience simple and accessible.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Continued expansion of reporting capabilities would further enhance the experience and provide additional visibility into performance.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest value for us is speed and accessibility. Candidates are able to engage immediately, complete a quick pre-screen, and move forward without waiting on manual follow-up. That has helped reduce friction early in the process and improved our ability to connect with candidates at scale.

We’ve also been able to tailor workflows to support different hiring scenarios, including more targeted routing in dense markets. The flexibility of the platform has allowed us to adapt it to our operating model rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

I use Humanly for sourcing candidates for companies I support, and I really appreciate its features. It auto populates and ranks talent that's a good match for the roles I need to fill. The categorization feature that ranks replies and helps me track who I've reached out to and who has responded is something I like a lot. The seamlessness of the software makes it easy to plug in for sourcing. Humanly categorizes naturally, letting me know who is interested, not interested, and who to follow up with later. It's a great system. The initial setup of Humanly was quite easy, and building sequences was straightforward. I'm very happy with the product.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Sometimes profiles that I've already reached out to come up in a search -- I think marking them without having to see history would be helpful when sorting through outbound candidates I'm planning to target for headhunting

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanly auto populates and ranks talent, categorizing candidates by interest and follow-up priority. Its seamless integration and categorization feature make sourcing easy, keeping track of responses while saving time.

We have loved this product from day 1. It's easy to use, very effective, and has changed our business quite a bit. We tap into top talent in a new way that others do not in an intelligent manner. We cannot recommend it enough. It integrates with our email and linkedin seamlessly and always does top performance of producing results. Great price, A++++ customer service (human, who answers within <30 min always).

No complaints at all—we’ve been happy from start to finish, and it’s been that way for over four years now.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

I like Humanly's UI, where the pages flow into each other nicely. The solutions it provides for flowing with existing processes ensure our HCM is the main source of truth, which is elegant. The navigation is easy, allowing me to seamlessly move from candidate review to email campaigns and switch between active and passive candidates, which really makes my life as a recruiter much easier. I also appreciate the Humanly team for being so attentive and walking through every step of the implementation process with us.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

For some roles that are more specific or niche, it can be tricky to find the right candidates. The keyword/filter approach works well enough, but, at times, it requires the recruiter to be experienced at creative/advanced boolean search techniques to get the candidates they're looking for. This is fine, but it could be improved through an NLP/GPT interface that makes the changes for the user.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanly helps us review resumes without manually sifting through them, saving time. Its seamless flow between candidate review and email campaigns eases my recruiting tasks.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

I use Humanly for AI-automated phone screens in our recruiting process, which provides AI-voiced phone screens for our candidates. The platform aggregates the recorded calls and scores each candidate according to customized topics and keywords, saving our managers a ton of time in the hiring process by removing the manual process of initial phone screens. I like the time-saving aspect the most. The team behind the platform is incredibly warm, helpful, responsive, and supportive, which has been consistent over the past two years. The initial setup of Humanly was very easy despite some integration roadblocks with Paycor, and their team was wonderful in leading the charge to get it done.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Not a thing at the moment.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

I really appreciate the customizability of Humanly, which allows us to create workflows where we can assign specific questions to specific types of roles and have those roles receive tailored questions. I also like the auto calendar booking feature. When candidates meet specific criteria in their answers, they can book directly into our calendar for a prescreening video call on Teams. This makes the process more efficient and streamlined. Additionally, the support from Humanly has been outstanding. Joe has been incredibly easy to work with—he is responsive, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us maximize our use of the platform. He consistently brings forward thoughtful suggestions to improve our processes, which I really appreciate. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I look forward to continuing to build on this partnership.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

I don't think this is a Humanly issue, really. I think it's just the integration specifically with Dayforce, which is the platform that we use for our CRM. I do find some of the questions in the transcript are repetitive because of the ones that are hard-wired into Dayforce. But there's not really much Humanly can really do about that to control it.

Humanly helps us gather basic candidate screening info like pay expectations and work eligibility. It's user-friendly and customizable, allowing role-specific workflows and improving candidate experience. The auto calendar booking for prescreening calls is also a huge time-saver.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

We use Humanly to book interviews for our entry-level sales positions, and it has really helped automate a lot of the process. We have texts and emails sent out with the Humanly link every twenty-four hours, which has saved us a lot of time on that end, instead of having to manually reach out to everyone. I think I particularly like the customer support. Joe has been fantastic, and the support throughout the whole process has been really great. The product overall is good even though there's definitely some areas for improvement.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

There's a gap in communication when scheduling interviews with Humanly. The candidate gets a calendar invite, but they don't receive full details via text in one message like who they're meeting with, the address, and the time. This affects our show rate and overall communication. Another issue is the AI aspect. Humanly markets itself as AI, but it feels more like just a form being filled out, without the AI functions expected. Implementing more AI features, like automation through the pipeline or an actual chatbot, could improve the service. Initially, setting it up was kind of chaotic, and we faced hurdles expected due to the perceived level of automation not meeting our expectations.

Humanly automates our interview scheduling process for entry-level sales positions, reducing call time and recruiter expenses. It sends out texts and emails, saving us a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

It’s easy to use and gets great results! I love that there is a chrome plug-in on top of LinkedIn, which makes it easy to add candidates to your pipeline and campaign, and manage the results from the campaign. The sourcing tool has also been extremely helpful identifying candidates that did not come up in my LinkedIn search.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

It would be great if you could also use it on Indeed.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The response rate that I get from a campaign using Humanly has stronger results than using LinkedIn in mails. I typically  target technology professionals who are inundated by inmails on LinkedIn and they often ignore them. Humanly allows me to email them directly an LI in mail. Candidates often comment about the note generated from Humanly’s AI tool, stating they felt I read their profile because it is a personalized message.

I like that Humanly has sourcing reps, which is really helpful when I need assistance with sourcing for a role. I can schedule time with one of their reps, and they provide tips and help with using their tool. It's always great to have another resource to see how they would approach sourcing for a role. It also aids me in learning about Humanly's sourcing tool better and understanding the features it offers, and helps with bouncing off sourcing ideas with another person. I find the initial setup to be easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Some of the challenges can be the reports that it generates. Sometimes they can be really slow and generating. And I've needed to get some help on that.

I use Humanly for sourcing, email outreach, and understanding metrics. It offers sourcing features LinkedIn doesn't, like filtering for startup companies, improving my sourcing results.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

We use Humanly in a scaling tech environment to support outbound recruiting and sourcing campaigns, and I was involved in the decision-making and setup, and am also involved in the day-to-day usage by my team and me.

What stands out most is how much it simplified outbound outreach. Being able to reach candidates without having their direct contact info, combined with built-in email sequencing, removed a lot of manual work and friction for recruiters. For teams doing outbound at scale, it really functions like a CRM - in practice, it felt closer to a “HubSpot for recruiters” than a traditional sourcing tool.

Beyond individual productivity, it's also very strong for me from a leadership perspective. The visibility into outreach activity and results made it way easier to understand what is actually happening across the team, spot gaps, and make decisions based on data rather than intuition.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

The pricing still is the main drawback. Also, for purely inbound or very low-volume hiring teams (which is not our case), it may be more than is needed.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanly has streamlined our talent acquisition process by solving several key challenges. 
The automated campaigns solve the problem of inconsistent outreach, ensuring every candidate receives personalized communication at scale, saving our team hours each week. 
We previously struggled with limited InMail credits on LinkedIn and had to rely on multiple email-scraping tools to reach candidates, but Humanly has effectively solved this by centralizing outreach in one platform. 
The seamless integration with our ATS and custom dashboards give us clear visibility into our pipeline, helping us track progress and make data-driven decisions effortlessly. Ultimately, this has reduced our time-to-hire, improved the recruiter and candidate experience, and made our recruiting efforts far more efficient and effective.

I love that Humanly is user-friendly and allows us to do things on our own time. It's helped us easily send phone screens and screen applicants at our pace. I really appreciate the fact that we can move through applicants quickly and that it automatically sends phone screens upon application, which reduces manual work significantly. The initial setup was very easy since the team made it simple to download and get everyone set up.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

Humanly has been great in make our recruiting process so much easier. Being able to implement it as a supplement to our initial phone screen process. Also the system is pretty quick  in responding to candidates which is nice. It's able to handle a large pipeline since we use it for a 24/7 daily occurence. Haven't had any major issues on my end, but have been able to get any moments resolved quickly and also integrate my calendar after candidates pass the screening process.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

The only issue that I may have encountered was being tagged to multiple workflows/recruiting question that weren't specific. For example, great when weeding out for two different jobs, but if there are more than 2 choices than it's hard to break down candidates into more buckets than 2.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems humanly is solving is the issue of cutting down time needed to call and screen candidates on the phone with generic questions they can rule out themselves on their own time , at a mass level and then make it on my calendar once passed.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

I’ve been a long-time user of Teamable, going back to its TopFunnel days, and it just keeps getting better. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that continues to improve. One of the standout features is the reporting metrics, which have been instrumental in helping us create and refine our DEI initiatives. Additionally, the drip campaign functionality has been a game-changer for reaching and engaging top talent in the market. Overall, Teamable has become an essential tool for our recruiting efforts, and it’s exciting to see the consistent enhancements they make. Ease of implementation and Customer SUpport is very easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

Not too much not to like. If i had to nitpick, the reporting part, you need to know where to naviagte to get the specific content you are looking for otherwise it can get a bit tricky at first glance. You need to understand the drop downs to use them properly in report. Otherwise, its very granular and love the product.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives time back to recruiters and helps automate things like responses. If then statements for replies so that we dont have to have that extra live which is super beneficial in my line of work.

Humanly brings the ability to have more hands and do more things. I've used the Teamable product for years, even back before they were rebranded. There's nothing more I ask my recruiting leaders for then this product. From using the product, which is very intuitive and user friendly, to the customer support that responds within minutes of any request. 

The products themselves are plug and play and easy to implement. The team will guide you through every step and support you after things are set up. Everything is a chrome extension that is very easily accessible and useable. This is becoming more of a one stop shop and there's no other place I go for my recruiting tools to keep our team successful.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

I haven't found any dislikes about Humanly thus far. I've had nothing but great experiences and I keep coming back at every company I work for. It's truly a solid company that cares and is right by your side.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Humanly is solving the ability of recruiters to do more without physically doing more. Recruiting automation is very important, but also, not fully leaving everything up to AI and not automating everything. Personalization and customization adjusting is very imporant to connect with people/candidates. I am a one recruiter show at my company, so the ability to hit one button and a barrage of emails are sent over a set period of time...that is the magic. The old school way of doing things just takes too much time and effort, follow-up is the toughest part of recruiting. Through their metrics, I've been able to notice that people respond on that 2nd and 3rd message more often than just the first. What valuable data to understand when people are actually picking that email up. This has really accelerated our recruiting efforts as knowing how many times and when to send are just as important as what is said.

Humanly's system has improved over the years with more functionality and customization options with AI features built in. The outreach system to prospects and email finding is great, and has been a valuable tool for our business and clients. Importing and exporting CSV files is also a nice option that works well for when data migration is necessary. Synchronization with ATS is also a plus.

There are some important features that probably should have been implemented day one such as a windowed view, custom permissions settings for inviting external users designated as senders for campaigns. Bulk actions can sometimes take long or fail.

While their product and services are stellar, my favorite part of Humanly has to be the personable team. Their responsiveness and friendly nature makes them a joy to work with. 

Their size gives their products a level of flexibility I've not experienced elsewhere, and the communication is always direct. 

They're transparent, and always open to thinking outside the box.

We ran into several small issues during implementation. It seemed we presented a situation they hadn't come across before.

If anything, they turned it into a positive. Not only flexing to meet the situation, but demonstrating more thorough testing capabilities to minimize glitches. It speaks to their trajectory.

I have appreciated how seamlessly it schedules candidates and puts them on the calendar. Humanly is very straightforward and easy to use, I use it daily. I have found it easey to get in contact with a representative for assistance. I also felt it was helpful to have a meeting with a representative to learn how to use humanly and best practices rather than having to learn on my own.

I am not an administrator (my director is in charge of changing things) so I am unsure if this already is a feature but I would appreciate if humanly had a choice to only be scheduled in half blocks so that other serivices like calendly, by hand etc. can schedule. My schedules often gets booked up from humanly interviewes and then I cannot schedule people I organically chat with until sometimes weeks later.

Humanly gives us flexibility; flexibility to reach candidates outside of normal business hours, flexibility to allow candiates to manage their own process, and flexibility for our recruiters to focus on other areas, knowing the scrreening aspect is covered by Humanly.

We went from booking 200 screening calls a months to 500+ with Humanly. It integrates really smoothly to our ATS, and is incredibly easy to use for both recruiters and candidates.

Implementation was quick and easy, and if we ever need to change anything, a quick email to Eli is all it takes, the service is great.

Sometimes Humanly can allow for "out of area" bookings, which is difficult to control, but easy enough to cnacel unsuitable bookings.

The ease of use of the software. I have found it to be extremely time-saving when you are contacting a large volume of candidates for one position in different regions. I like to new feature that was recently added, which can automatically send a rejection notification to a candidate no need to open your email and send that out separately.
Customer Support is also outstanding.

I find it inconvenient that I am unable to attach an immediate note while inviting a candidate. I have to wait until the message has been sent, then go to the invited tab and add the notes about their location. Sometimes, the candidates I have recently invited do not appear at the top and I have to reorganize them. This can be very challenging and time-consuming for me to go back to resumes and find the people I recently invited.

I really like that Qualifi is easy to use, high functioning, customizeable, and well supported. I have loved using it for the past year and have benefitted directly from using its service. We utilize Qualifi for our phone screenings and it has performed above expectations. We have provided feedback and feature requests - most if not all of them have been considered or implemented. We have used this service for hundreds of candidates with a very high success rate. It has saved us a lot of time, and candidates seemed to enjoy using it. There are some minor technical errors every once in awhile, but they are few and far between. We would love to see an integration with ADP in the future!

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

The reporting dashboards have grown a lot over this year, but is still missing some key features. It can be difficult to navigate some of the UI of the results tab and I struggle to keep track of expired candidates from time to time. However, Qualifi support team has been very helpful and have implemented some great features to combat some of these issues.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualifi phone screenings are a key component of our recruitment process. We utiliize it every day. It has saved us a lot of time and has enabled candidates to put their best foot forward during the screening process.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

When you recruit CDL drivers, you will know how difficult it can be to make contact with your applicants to conduct interviews. Due to legal requirements, CDL drivers may not use their phones while driving as many companies also prohibit the use. Qualify helps me to connect and get that job done at the convenience of driver's schedules. Whenever they pull over, they can complete their interview irrespective of my availability. We have an average response time of about 5 hours which is almost unbelievable.

**What do you dislike about Humanly?**

This is more a warning than a dislike, but ensure you do not lose that personal touch with your candidates. All candidates want to feel valued and connect with a real person. This is a huge help and timesaver but cannot replace the human touch that will let applicants feel welcome and appreciated.

**What do you like best about Humanly?**

I love how customizable Qualifi is. It fits our needs perfectly for phone screening many candidates from four different locations. The recordings are easy to share and reference as needed. The added feature of survey questions has come in handy for us, as well. Whenever I have questions or concerns, the IT team gets back to me in a timely manner and offers solutions and workarounds. My team uses Qualifi every single day, and it has been easy to make it work for our needs specifically. I cannot even fathom how much time and energy Qualifi has saved us!

There are occassionally some glitches or things that do not work properly, but they are minor and the team has addressed any glitches in a timely manner.

**What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualifi creates a streamlined phone screen process which is saving us a ton of time and energy from having to complete these phone screens manually. It also standardizes the experience so that each candidate is receiving the same questions and attention. This is hugely beneficial.
