"Flexible Interview Flows and Automated Emails That Save Us Time"

What do you like best about Greenhouse?

I really appreciate being able to set up the interview flow exactly as needed. The way we interview warehouse workers is very different from the process we use to hire engineers, so having that flexibility matters. I also rely heavily on automated emails when candidates are moved to specific stages. This saves me a lot of time, especially during the initial resume review stage. What do you dislike about Greenhouse?

The integration with our HRIS doesn’t work exactly the way we need it to. It does transfer some information, but certain specific details aren’t communicated, which means we still have to manually exchange information to complete the full hiring process in the HRIS. What problems is Greenhouse solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a department of one, I don’t have much time to walk hiring managers through every candidate option. Greenhouse gives me tools that keep the process organized and easy to manage. I can complete my assessments on my own schedule, and the information is there for hiring managers when they’re ready to review it.
