What do you like best about Indeed Hiring Platform?

I use Indeed Hiring Platform for sourcing candidates for my freelance projects and it has been the most reliable platform for finding the right people. Few things I like most:

- Huge pool of candidates across all roles and skill sets, easy to find the right match quickly

- Posting a job is very simple and straightforward, get applications within hours

- Filters help me narrow down candidates based on skills, experience and location without going through every application manually

- Direct messaging makes it easy to communicate with candidates and discuss project details

- Resume search helps me find and shortlist the right profiles without waiting for applications

What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?

No big dislikes, but sometimes I receive a high volume of applications that are not relevant to the role, so manual screening still takes time. Also sponsored posts can get expensive quickly, a more flexible pricing option would be helpful for freelancers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Indeed Hiring Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding the right candidates for my freelance projects used to be time consuming and unreliable. Indeed solved this by giving me access to a huge pool of verified candidates, easy job posting and powerful filters to shortlist the right profiles quickly.
