What do you like best about Ashby?

Ashby has the market’s best data dashboards across hiring metrics, including Candidate Experience NPS, Hiring Manager Surveys, and Quality of Hiring. It also offers some of the market's most efficient scheduling and project management tools for running recruitment projects. Their Chrome extension and sequence tools are very good as well. What do you dislike about Ashby?

The sequence feature could still be improved a bit by offering more tailored options and more customizable steps within a sequence. For example, it would be helpful to be able to log a phone call as part of the sequence, or include a text message step, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ashby solving and how is that benefiting you?

What’s made a big difference for us is the scheduling and standardization of our interview process, including the evaluation forms and how easily we can tailor them. The automations have helped a lot as well. Before we started using Ashby, we struggled with very manual scheduling and back-and-forth emailing, and we had no visibility into our hiring data and metrics, which made our work much less efficient.
