What do you like best about Hireology?

Having our recruiting process organized in one place. Overseeing recruitment across multiple locations, I appreciate being able to track candidates, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain visibility into our hiring needs. It helps the managers keep the process moving and encourages accountability for timely candidate follow-up. I also appreciate the continued updates and tools that help our managers evaluate candidates more efficiently. I feel Hireology provides good value for what we’re paying, especially with the addition of AI interviewing. The time it saves on initial candidate screening is a significant benefit when managing recruitment across multiple locations. What do you dislike about Hireology?

I don’t find the new layout user-friendly, and it makes it harder to quickly locate and review candidate information. What problems is Hireology solving and how is that benefiting you?

Hireology helps me manage a high volume of candidates across multiple locations and streamline the initial screening process. The AI interviewing feature has been especially helpful, allowing me to gather information about candidates’ experience, interest, and willingness to relocate before scheduling a conversation. This saves time, provides a more consistent prescreening process, and helps me share meaningful candidate insights with our hiring leaders so we can make informed decisions faster.
