I love having a centralized inbox with all the different channels connected, like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, WhatsApp, and Email. I really like the omnichannels and the extension with LinkedIn integration that loads on profiles, so I don't have to open 10 different tabs to check interactions.
