Implementation is smooth and effortless: a simple LinkedIn link or a CV is enough, and the scraping happens automatically and with great accuracy. Jarvi naturally becomes part of the recruiter’s daily workflow. It’s hard not to use it once you’ve started.
The customer support is another strong point: accessible, human, and responsive, even with time zone differences. There’s no AI bot, just real people ready to help and guide users.
What I like best: the quality of reporting and analytics. The dashboards and detailed reports make it easy to track funnel conversion rates, identify the most effective sourcing channels, and gain strategic insights to guide leadership decisions.
