"Intuitive interface, time saving, and ultra-responsive team"

What do you like best about Jarvi?

I appreciate the super clear and very intuitive interface. The easy view of all my candidates and the easy sorting thanks to the filters make my life easier. I spend very little time managing my applications, I easily send out my contact emails thanks to the templates. The audio transcription of exchanges is great too (even if it's strange not to take any notes 😅). Even for prospecting, it's a very useful tool with all the necessary information on clients/prospects. And then the team continuously makes improvements and, above all, is unfailingly responsive! What do you like best about Jarvi?

Personally, I would like to be able to share a dashboard with each client to avoid having to make reports and send emails for the update of each search, as Airtable allows when creating a link to a view.

What do you like best about Jarvi?

As a freelance recruiter, Jarvi has become my daily command center. What stands out most is how it consolidates everything into a single, "no-frills" platform where every feature actually serves a purpose. The multi channel integration (Linkedin, email, whatsapp & telegram) is a lifesaver, I can track a candidate's full history without the constant context switching. The note taker is also game changer, it has cut my evaluation time by about half by automatically generating candidate scorecards and briefs. What do you like best about Jarvi?

Very happy with my experience with Jarvi. The tool is super pleasant to use on a daily basis: the ergonomics are well thought out, the visuals are clear and modern, and you can find your way around immediately without spending hours figuring out how it works.

What I also really appreciate is the quality of the interactions with the team. They are available, attentive, and above all very responsive, which makes a real difference.

In terms of features, there are real advantages: the AI note taker is extremely practical for not missing any exchanges, and everything related to CV pushing and feedback is really effective. It clearly simplifies tracking and saves time.

Being able to share a dashboard with our clients, or giving them restricted access so they can track the progress of the projects, would really be a plus. What do you like best about Jarvi?

It makes it really easy to stay on top of candidates, applications, clients, and follow-ups in one place. The AI features are genuinely useful too, especially the meeting note-taker, with notes automatically linked to the right ATS or CRM record. It saves a lot of time.

The platform is easy to use and clearly built to make daily work smoother. I use it every day now and honestly can’t imagine going back.

Customer support is also a real strong point. The team is fast, helpful, and responsive, and it’s actual people answering you, not bots, which is always appreciated.

What do you like best about Jarvi?

I love how Jarvi saves me a lot of time on repetitive tasks like sending emails and LinkedIn messages. It's great that it makes importing contacts and candidates much faster than doing it manually. The ease of use is another thing I like about it. The support team is really efficient and responds quickly to any questions. The LinkedIn integration is also valuable as it helps me send mass mails, messages, and invitations while staying within LinkedIn's limits, so my account doesn’t get blocked. What do you like best about Jarvi?

I've spent YEARS selling to recruiters and studying the ATS market.

When I met Jarvi's founders, I knew they were top notch.

The team they hired and carry on hiring looks like them. Resulting in :

- a very customer-focused approach ==> they build a great product

- a perfect technical execution ==> new features every week

- a super reactive support, I always receive an answer within 2 minutes at most

Then about the product itself :

- super intuitive interface

- you can customize almost whatever you want

- you can set up automatisations that save you hours

- have you tried the note taker feature ? Google wishes Gemini could do that

- you can forget abour your emails / linkedin DMs / text messages... just handle them from Jarvi

The search capabilities—especially the filtering options—can sometimes feel a bit limited at this stage, though I’m confident they’ll improve over time. The AI option helps a lot...

What do you like best about Jarvi?

What I appreciate most about Jarvi is its easy handling and its configuration that can be adapted to our way of working. The fact that it combines an ATS and a CRM is a real plus: all the information is centralized in a single tool, simple and intuitive to use.

Features like CV scraping and integration with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms save us a lot of time.

The centralized inbox is also very practical, it gathers all our interactions and really simplifies tracking.
