What do you like best about Jarvi?

The interface is smooth and intuitive, making it very easy to get started. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed.

The product evolves constantly, always in the right direction, and is supported by a highly active community of recruiters. It is clearly designed with executive search and headhunting in mind, and it keeps getting richer and more powerful day after day.

What do you dislike about Jarvi?

The search capabilities—especially the filtering options—can sometimes feel a bit limited at this stage, though I’m confident they’ll improve over time. The AI option helps a lot...

What do you like best about Jarvi?

What I appreciate most about Jarvi is its easy handling and its configuration that can be adapted to our way of working. The fact that it combines an ATS and a CRM is a real plus: all the information is centralized in a single tool, simple and intuitive to use.

Features like CV scraping and integration with LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms save us a lot of time.

The centralized inbox is also very practical, it gathers all our interactions and really simplifies tracking.

Finally, I really appreciate the regular evolution of the tool, the responsiveness, and the efficiency of customer support. Jarvi is constantly improving and remains perfectly in tune with our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I particularly appreciate Jarvi's responsiveness and their ability to evolve the tool in a concrete way. The features are continuously developed, with a real impact on daily life. The support is efficient, both in taking feedback into account and in quickly resolving technical issues. The automation of fields, messages, actions, and statuses provides a very significant time saving. What do you like best about Jarvi?

Jarvi is an ATS + CRM that stands out for its clarity, ease of use, and its ability to centralize all essential candidate information.

Connected to all the key tools a recruiter needs, it allows you to collect, enrich, and track your talent pool without ever losing important data. The result is a significant time saver and an improved candidate experience, since every interaction is based on accurate, up-to-date information.

Implementation is smooth and effortless: a simple LinkedIn link or a CV is enough, and the scraping happens automatically and with great accuracy. Jarvi naturally becomes part of the recruiter’s daily workflow. It’s hard not to use it once you’ve started.

The customer support is another strong point: accessible, human, and responsive, even with time zone differences. There’s no AI bot, just real people ready to help and guide users.

What I like best: the quality of reporting and analytics. The dashboards and detailed reports make it easy to track funnel conversion rates, identify the most effective sourcing channels, and gain strategic insights to guide leadership decisions. What do you like best about Jarvi?

I love having a centralized inbox with all the different channels connected, like LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, WhatsApp, and Email. I really like the omnichannels and the extension with LinkedIn integration that loads on profiles, so I don't have to open 10 different tabs to check interactions. The seamless platform integration and the omnichannel history on the profiles are another big plus. 1- The migration from my old systems (ATS/CRM) took place without any data loss, with exemplary support that allowed me to remain calm throughout the process.
