What do you like best about Braintrust AIR?

What I liked best about Braintrust AIR was how comfortable and efficient the interview felt. The questions were clear and relevant, and I could answer them at my own pace without feeling rushed. It was different from a traditional interview because the process was structured, consistent, and easy to complete from anywhere. Overall, it was a smooth and modern interview experience. What do you dislike about Braintrust AIR?

One thing I didn't like was that the interview felt a bit less personal than talking to a human interviewer. There wasn't an opportunity to ask follow-up questions or have a natural conversation. What problems is Braintrust AIR solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think Braintrust AlR helps make the hiring process faster and more accessible. Instead of waiting days or weeks for an initial screening, candidates can complete the interview at a convenient time. It also provides a consistent interview experience for everyone. For me, the biggest benefit is the flexibility to interview from anywhere and move through the hiring process more quickly.
