What do you like best?
It is a CRM tool that helps me assign and track the work done by me and other team members. Clevertim CRM uses zapier to integrate hundreds of applications such as: Twitter, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Mailgun, AWeber, Freshbooks, Wufoo, Zendesk, and the API includes Contact Management, Retrieval of reminders, opportunities, and the management notes.
What do you dislike?
I have no complaints, this tool is easy to adapt and fulfills the tasks that are needed at a fair cost for the amount of benefits and customer service that they offer.

For those looking to have security software Clevertin stores data securely on servers regularly and keeps servers updated with the latest security patches as they come out with a data backup twice a day.
