"The most complete CRM software that helps keep our customers in optimal communication"

What do you like best?

It is one of the best CRM that helps to serve my clients with intelligence and great capacity, Clevertim also behaves actively with its support service to keep us more united with our customers synchronizing with zendesk. It has a plan that fits well for its wide variety of features that allows you to enjoy freely, our team can always take control and always be one step ahead of other companies in the organization

What do you dislike?

The business package is somewhat expensive for small business teams that do not have a large budget

limited number of contacts and opportunities

Do not accept payments through Google Checkout, checks, purchase orders or even PayPal

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Unlike other CRM solution tools, which do not charge per user in the main plans. Clevertim CRM has a premium plan that allows up to 40 users for the same price. If you are a single user you have a 5GB storage, 5k contacts, 5k cases, 5k opportunities $ 10 per month. It also has a plan for only 2 users, no files, 250 contacts, 250 cases, 10 opportunities and it's always free.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are taking all our administration through Clevertin + Zendesk to work in a complete and sophisticated environment with professional support of their services obtaining an increasingly better status with our clients and take the organization to a new level

"A CRM tool that integrates with Zendesk and other important support systems for my team"

What do you like best?

Clevertim CRM allows me the control to organize and store files online, store contact accounts, virtual folders, clients, requests, as well as the integration of hundreds of applications with zapier, it also allows me to assign and track the work together with other team members. It fits perfectly with small and medium businesses to provide a more productive work environment

What do you dislike?

the application in Android is slow in configuration when customizing our colleagues

For people who do not master the technology very well, it is difficult to carry out some operations

It is important for organizations, this menu allows you to manage them as well as your contacts, but, as is understandable, with some different options. You can also classify, tag and edit companies just like your contacts. It has three packages that range from the basic with a cost of $ 24 per month for the professional of $ 50 and the premium plan for $ 99, a value that is adjusted for the excellent service it can offer.

"CRM multi-device management system for small businesses"

What do you like best?

It is a CRM tool that helps me assign and track the work done by me and other team members. Clevertim CRM uses zapier to integrate hundreds of applications such as: Twitter, MailChimp, Constant Contact, Campaign Monitor, Mailgun, AWeber, Freshbooks, Wufoo, Zendesk, and the API includes Contact Management, Retrieval of reminders, opportunities, and the management notes.

What do you dislike?

I have no complaints, this tool is easy to adapt and fulfills the tasks that are needed at a fair cost for the amount of benefits and customer service that they offer.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

For those looking to have security software Clevertin stores data securely on servers regularly and keeps servers updated with the latest security patches as they come out with a data backup twice a day.

I recommend the free 30-day trial to familiarize yourself with the product and determine if it is a service you are willing to pay

It is software that you can open on all platforms to keep your team communicated remotely, allows small sales, marketing or customer service team to work together on sales opportunities, customer cases, track customer profiles , emails, notes, files exchanged, etc. - all in one place and available to other team members in a multitude of devices: desk, phones, tablets. Clevertim helps our team work more united allowing you to develop several administrative tasks with more productivity

"an excellent CRM interface to track and organize our sales"

What do you like best?

This interface allows our sales team to work simply with closing tickets, cases and projects. It also helps us to manage reminders and track work we do with those of other team members, also integrates emails through the forwarding box Clevertim allows integration with Zapier. Create notes automatically for convenient contact and keep files organized from powerful servers

What do you dislike?

This product has no problems, you just have to learn to use it at least 60% and you will be ready to reduce valuable time in the company. Now the administrator customizes each function quickly

Plan, streamline customers in the best way with Clevertim CRM ideal for small businesses, this software is not as complex as others, but has what is needed without entanglement and easy to adapt for people who do not know the technology well, the administrator has The ability to customize to easy and quick taste

What do you like best?

I love the style in which this platform works offering us a unique demonstration to accurately explore the details, statistics, how to customize each feature and be able to visualize the interface with a better perspective by means of examples so that the team trains properly before buy the product I think everyone should offer this type of demonstrations to give more incentive to project teams, whether small or medium companies.

What do you dislike?

I have nothing to criticize. Clevertin CRM is a software that brings great benefits and works in a clean and fast way in the collaboration with our clients.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Clevertim CRM always responds so that something never happens to us and has a series of interesting features for any organization that is dedicated to sales, project preparation and administration in different areas.

I recommend the premium plan that has a capacity of 40 users $ 2 / user / month for additional users, for 10 users. With exclusive promotions

Every day a lot of tasks are handled, documentation, emails, folders, contacts, etc. Clevertim CRM has allowed us to clearly achieve and control this load as it has a powerful storage and has a specialized service that has benefited the IT team in all its aspects

"Clevertim a perfect CRM software to manage and track the tasks in my company"

What do you like best?

Previously, there was no CRM tool available and we felt that something important was missing that would help us solve the extensive management burden for sales and customers generating a mess. With Clevertim CRM we obtained all the functions that were sought in a single place where the administrator with a single button can manage, edit and customize each of our clients through a list with their respective descriptions and statistical analysis to bring an optimized control

What do you dislike?

the Android application is somewhat slow to login

Clevertim CRM offers a 30-day free trial, for any level of service, without having to enter a credit card. You can also demo the software in a fairly fast process by supplying your name and email address. Improve, reduce or cancel at any time.

We have selected Clevertim CRM to improve the comfort and speed of production, the team is more pleased to have this software that keeps us organized daily. Clevertim has a beautiful main menu composed of 8 buttons like Welcome, What's New, Contacts, Companies, Tasks, Cases, Opportunities and Folders perfect for what is done, plus we can synchronize through LinkedIn, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and vCard

"Very easy to use, unlike other complicated CRMs"

What do you like best?

We looked at a lot of CRMs out there, but the vast majority are bloated with features we didn't need in our small business. We found Clevertim CRM to be a breath of fresh air in its simplicity and ease of use. It was an easy sell to my sales team. Support is very responsive, friendly and most importantly they solve the problems, not just close tickets.

What do you dislike?

If only it would integrate with Outlook, that'd be great. A bit of a dislike although the dropbox feature makes up for that a bit. Still Outlook integration would tick all our boxes.

If you're looking for something easy to use & learn, then this is it. Customer support is great too.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We're a small team and Clevertim CRM helped us by:

1. Having all the info in one place and visible

2. Making sure we don't forget to follow up
