"Really comfort to live meeting "

What do you dislike?

"Excellent software for remote communications"

What do you like best?

Teamviewer Blizz is a great app with an excellent design and interface. It is very easy to use, interpret and learn to use for the first time. The graphical user interface is excellent, very eye-catching and easy to navigate.

One positive aspect is that it provides me with a platform for live conferences with clients or colleagues. These conferences with excellent audio and a high-definition video of great quality. They also offer the shared use of the screen, in addition to session recording and the use of web client.

I love that any user can connect to a conference without having a user and despite this the security of the communication is assured in the double way

What do you dislike?

It is necessary to have the latest version of the web browser to use Blizz, although this is not a disadvantage as such because it forces you to have the latest version of your software and ensure security. Another negative aspect is that you may have to turn on the camera manually in certain sessions.

What do you like best?

I like that I am able to video conference, hold live text chats, provide remote assistance and record them all in one application without interference. Blizz offers high quality of video and clear audio features making conferencing convenient. I also like that Blizz is simple and very easy to configure and use. I also like the incorporation of 2 MFA factor in Blizz which enhances security of the application, along with the email confirmation and adding of trusted devices. I also like that Blizz is compatible with various operating systems making it usable across various devices including windows, android, IOS and Macos.

What do you dislike?

Blizz is less popular in our area in general and therefore to be able to use it, our team members have to be informed about it and asked to download the software, have their devices registered and added to the group chat and meetings. Otherwise I have not found anything to dislike about Blizz.

What do you like best?

"Join your work group in a safe place."

What do you like best?

Blizz has taken a remarkable turn in the communications system, this is reflected in many functions that amaze with the time you dedicate to employing it in your clients and this is what we like, to have an application that allows us to record our meetings for have a backup of the information given and have material to share with future colleagues, the way to enter a meeting is the best since it does not limit you to have an account associated with Blizz, just having the id of the meeting your web interface will give you the permits to enter. This improves the quality and security of the application, even when you have more than 100 members inside a video conference. It is extremely light, does not affect the performance of our devices and is very effective.

What do you dislike?

Some time ago we were looking within the application to share documentation when you have an established meeting and we did not find this function, which should be present in future updates since it is essential when there are 50 participants who should receive an agenda for each activity. However, this does not limit us, since we can do it via email or directly in our project manager.

What do you like best?

1.Versatility.I like that one can access this tool using multiple devices from anywhere at any time. One just requires to enter the meeting ID.

2.Recording. I like this feature of the tool given that at one time one may lose concentration during a meeting and miss out on some information but with this tool it allows you to record everything making sure you do not miss out on anything. After recording, one can, later on, refer to it to make sure that there is no information missed out.

3.Security.Blizz has services and technologies that are tailored in making sure that your data is protected. Thus, one is able to share sensitive data given that it is a secure platform.

4.Great audio and video features. I am excited that this tool has excellent audio and video quality that is expected from any conferencing tool today. This allows us to conduct meeting comfortably without glitches.

4.Group meeting. Blizz is a tool that allows us to meet a large group of users of over 200 at the same time, through its video conferencing feature. This has helped us so much in team meetings and briefings.

5. Live text chat feature. I like that the tool has a live chat option that allows one to say something in a meeting without interrupting the others.

6.User-friendly interface.Blizz a very intuitive and clean interface. Everything works well and one is able to navigate through it easily.

What do you dislike?

1. It is not used widely

"Blizz is one of the best tools for video conferencing "

What do you like best?

Blizz as software for remote assistance and web conferencing along with a small collaboration of work teams meets safely in offering a technological advance in communications via the Internet. With an encrypted point-to-point connection and a renewed, fast and light interface that does not need configuration, Blizz surpasses video calling programs such as Skype or Hangouts. What do you like best?

Blizz TeamViewer is a tool that is being used constantly in our department. Being a trade developer one is required to meet with the clients and other stakeholders time to time.

One thing that i like best about Blizz is the clear clear audio and high quality video feature. This two features has helped us greatly in conducting both audio and teleconferences.Again the tool tool allows for one to have a large group of people in the conferences.

I am also excited about the security feature of the sofware. Being a trade developer i work with a lot of client information that is highly confidential. With this tool i am able to make sure that the tool is remain secure and confidential given that the tool has vast technology and services that help in making sure that your data is protected.

I like the recording feature of this software. There are times that one losses concentration during a meeting due to various reasons which might lead to one missing out on some things that are very important for the organization. With Blizz i need not get worried since am able to record the meeting thus making me not to miss on a thing since i can always refer to the recordings.

I hate that i am not able to chat with a group client that forcing mew to chat with one client at a time.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?

"Perfect for video conferences"

What do you like best?

It benefits me and our department because it makes us stand out and get the most out of the media, it is a totally light application that does not cause any inconveniences if I am in a videoconference with other colleagues, I can continue doing my daily tasks, it has a good section to continue a live chat that privileges you if you want to pass on additional information that you wish to transmit to the participants.

"Blizz, as close as you can imagine."

What do you like best?

The union of your work group through this tool is an innovation that every time connects us with other branches and to which we can get the most out of it, communication is reinforced over time using this tool in all our institutions, it is incredible everything you can achieve with it.

What do you dislike?

In the time that I have using the tool, it has not worked properly for me on the smartphone I own, however, I have contacted the support staff to deal with this failure. But in other devices this has worked correctly. It's just a matter of conducting a test.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend that you give it a try, there are many similar applications, but this every time they innovate it really surprises, more and more we are the users that go to use "Blizz" and really it works in all aspects.

Currently we keep a feedback with our colleagues in different locations, this to establish some information of great importance and to be deployed in all our institutions, since Blizz came into our daily activities the tasks tend to give better results, thanks to the communication that this application allows us to have.

"Blizz helps you improve the collaboration and communication of your team."

What do you like best?

Its design is attractive and its variety in the application for your organization makes communication flow perfectly, more when you have the application oriented to study projects of the different departments.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes the most recent update has some flaws with the equipment that some departments have but we have managed to solve it by contacting the Blizz support staff and it has really worked.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you want to use a tool in your company that allows you to find a fluent communication in your company you can go to make any videoconferences or calls with Blizz. It is easy to use and its interface is totally attractive.

File sharing is so fluid that you can upload any document with all the members of the video call.

"Blizz, vital communication for your business"

What do you like best?

Blizz stands out for its easy use and its minimalist interface, with a corporate approach. You can have your business group communicated of each advance, it has a great reach when handling video conferences even when you have a hundred people added to the projection.

What do you dislike?

I remember that when I started using Blizz, it contained the option of a blackboard that served as a great help to carry out additional information even to make annotations and graphics, since it was disembodied, the dynamism lowered although one can find other ways to improve communication.

If you want to have your organization informed with a high media that gives dynamism to the functions you use, you can count on Blizz, its easy use and its diverse applications allow you to flow your company's media.

What do you like best?

I like it because Blizz TeanViewer is a tool focused on online conferences and meetings, it is a multiplatform system with which I can organize meetings with up to 300 people, I can initiate meetings instantly, it contains solid chat functions, improves communication between providers and client both internal and external, I can also make chat, videos calls with a high definition, conferences, file sharing and always be updated in communication tools

What do you dislike?

You have to have an internet connection that is safe and fast, if you do not have a good speed of megabytes, it can generate interference in calls, conference, and remote signal is lost, if you want to upgrade to a better version it is difficult to get the license, you can download viruses to the computer when you are downloading the application and can cause damage to the computer

Come for the combination of useful features; stay for the solid connectivity across various devices.

On top of that, everything is incredibly intuitive and the UX is seamless.

"This app works great and is perfect for my online startup business!"

What do you like best?

This app is very simple to use and really comes in handy for online group meetings and team training. Without it, I would have had to find meeting places and drive long distances - or worse, struggle with other apps that don’t work nearly as well. I also really appreciate that it works well with both iPhone and Android, since this was a problem I’ve had with other apps. I really like that you can have up to 300 people in a call at once, even though I’ll probably never have a meeting that large, it’s nice to know that there’s an option for it out there.

What do you dislike?

I don’t really like that I could only add contacts for people with the app. But it’s not a huge problem since all my team members don’t have a problem downloading Blizz.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The Blizz app is a must-have for businesses and groups that want a stable, simple and secure app. I completely recommend it.

"Communicate with clients no matter where you are. Fast and reliable."

What do you like best?

I love that Blizz can be used on our desktop computers and our mobile devices. By simply downloading the app from the Google Play store (for Android users), users can access the same interface whilst simultaneously being logged into the application on their desktop computers. Provided the user has internet access on their phone, it is very easy to handle meetings from anywhere in the world.

What do you dislike?

I really appreciated the design of the apps (both desktop and mobile) but if I were to make one complaint, I would have appreciated if my login name (in my case, email) was displayed somewhere which is always visible so that I can inform my contacts immediately of my username and they can add me.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Blizz is perfect for anyone who is not stationed to their desks. Business usually means that a person would spend part of the day at their desks whilst also spending time at other places such as meeting rooms or outside the office.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am a freelancer who prides herself on client responsiveness. Having Blizz installed onto my desktop and even my mobile ensures that whenever a client has a query or request, I’ll be notified immediately and will be able to reply instantly. This tool has really helped me with my freelancing jobs.

What do you like best?

Blizz is fast, reliable, and easy to use. The multi-platform support enables us to conveniently switch between devices (PC and mobile) especially when we are on the move and need to stay in touch with colleagues that are off-site.Thanks to Blizz, our realtime customer support service is now more efficient because the audio and video quality remains stable under different internet speeds. Also, its compatibility with external audio devices like earphones allows for more privacy thereby making remote collaboration with our technicians super easy. The pricing is reasonable, and the installation is so straightforward, even our oldest colleagues can do it.

What do you dislike?

Finding the volume control slider feature is a little tricky, and the mobile app has no preview pop-up on locked devices. I think making this feature more accessible will go a long way in improving user experience.
